I think spoilers are wrong, i cant find such term on google.

I don't know about spoilers... they may write something based on these update videos...

It means just Talaq period... As triple talaq is banned in India ... he cannot give triple Talaq... So he may say that he would give talaq to Ruksar...

As they had private nights in the Jail ... though they consummate or not... Now regular talaq plays a role...

Because everyone is not believing him on his intention of Marrying Ruksar... and no one is ready to accept that this is not a Legal Wedding and why did that.

MY DOUBTS...

1. KABEER Know Ruksar would create Mess. So he clearly know this is a Invalid Wedding. In the Same Shariya Court He can Invalidate the Wedding before reaching India.

2. 2 main Reasons... How he carefully with determination he Planned Zara divorce and Also Planned his Termination of Talaq with Zara...

3. How much Determination he showed in Ruksar ...Release...

4. If he had 1% of determination in Saving their marriage ... Post revelation... and Preventing Ruksar from coming in between...Then he should have VOID the Nikkah in DUBAI itself...

Again 2 reasons...

1. Hamdan Death Date, Ruksar being his Widow Wife. Her IDDHA related issues everything is so very handy in DUBAI.

2. The Nikkha was done for a reason and its done now. So he have rights to invalidate the Nikkha There... This is Possible in IslaM EASILY POSSIBLE IN DUBAI... Allowed Kabeer have all rights to do it single handedly...

PLEASE GIVE SOME RESPECT TO KABEER CHARACTER... HE IS A MAULAVI, NAYAB KASI...

HE LOST ALL CASES WITH ZARA...OK ITS ALL WOMEN RIGHTS...

BUT THIS IS DIFFERENT..

EVEN IN DUBAI HE LOST THE CASE... FINALLY SHE WAS PARDONED...

ALLOW HIM TO GARNER SOME RESPECT...

I have one more question? Does the nikaah nama has the clause that he is marrying her only because he wants her case to re open?

I think that will be the contract or there is something he can invalidate.

When nilofer died, zara did go back but she didnt find her, and saw the ambulance, i think they will show some flashback too.
Dubai track yaar- there is still so much to unfold
Har jagah ruksaar ki dost kaise ban jate hain idk
And as per spoilers zara will tear away the certificate, hence they will call for another and then they might realise it,
Its been already three weeks, two more days to zara to get back and then idk how she will fight back

I was just asking if it is a condition base marriage as kabir is saying in interviews that its not a valid marriage but does that certificate include that condition or not ?
He is not talking about iddat period right now, but saying he has done the nikkah with the intention of divorcing her, hence its not valid
What i mean to ask how on papers are they going to prove it? On what evidence they will.

See the place, time, witness all details would be there in the nikkah nama.

Dubai Jail, all cops are the witness. Reason for the Performance of the Marriage would be there. If the wedding is executed for a Prisoner.

This I found in a website...

In cases where marriages are being conducted as per Islamic law, a valid UAE residence visa is a must for both bride and groom (in case of non-UAE nationals).

The bride's father or guardian or his attorney, will have to accompany the couple to the Marriage Section of Dubai Court, along with the following documents, as applicable:

Two male Muslim witnesses.
Passports and copies and identification papers for the guardian and witnesses.
Proof of divorce or death certificate of former spouse, if applicable.

In cases where the bride is a Muslim, while her father is non-Muslim, the bride will have to produce a no-objection letter from her embassy in Arabic, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

So if you take this into consideration... This Marriage is a BIG BULLSHIT...

1. Kabeer was in Tansit Visa... Not even a Travel visa or Tourist Visa. (both are non UAE Nationals)

2. No Gaurdian from Bride Side.

3. Kabeer didnot have an attestation from Zeenath for the Case document. So obviously no permission for the Marriage.

4. So the Proof of Death Certificate / Divorce certificate obviously not there. If death certificate... Then Obviously marriage is null and Void Automatically. Divorce certificate there is no mention of that.

So you guys really think that UAE court would ever validate this Marriage...AGAIN Ruksar is a Prisoner on death sentence. The Police Performing wedding. HUMMM... DHAL ME KUCH KALA hey... VERY HIGH CHANCES THAT HUMDAN IS ALIVE...

MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION.

They will solve it out and find proofs. Lets see kya hota hai
