1. I do have this questions in my mind Why he gave Talaq if first case. He stayed adamant in Talaq as well. This was not such a big issue. No man and wife had similar view points till date. I felt that more as Tit for tat. I always felt that Kabeer always saw Zara as his Opponent and competitor. Even when Miraj offered 50% share and she held the majority share he was displeased.

That's the thing, everyone has a different opinion about everything. Men and women are always majority of the times poles apart in most views. Alhamdullilah to those couples who found a perfect person for them that matches their views. Different views and opinions should not have been the cause of him divorcing her. If that was the actual reason as he has not yet revealed what the reason was, then for me Kabeer Ahmed is the most stupid man on earth who has the world's biggest ego!

2. Zara saying that I will not allow anyone to play in her life. But here the drama was totally different. Finally she gave up to save her marriage. If Zara didn't give up he would have pronounced the 2nd Talaq or what.

I don't know what the heck they were thinking making her give up and return to Kabeer, Zara was at fault but her faults were not so big that he said talaq 3 times.

3. Even now that point is bugging me. Why Zara should resign from Shariya Board. As far as the Halala Nikkha Case is concerned Zara was not wrong. Kabeer himself should stood by the Girl side. Its not women or Men. Its Justice. I was displeased. Here I felt Kabeer very grey.

Kabeer has double standards when it comes to such cases, he always ends up listening to those who don't have his real interests at heart. He listened to his father and that useless Hashmi despite knowing Abida's husband is a crooked evil *******

He kept pointing out to Zara to stop thinking and predicting what's going to happen and to stop fighting for stuff that hasn't happened, yet the following day he finds she's married to Qasim or whatever his name was then defends himself saying Abida said she's not been forced into Nikah Halala.

4. Some where I strongly felt during this divorce that He has decided to have family with Zara no doubt. he wanted Zara don't want divorce. He seriously took Ayesha's advise. So he Clearly used the opportunity to make Zara resign because he doesn't want shariya board between them. Clearly Zara was right. She proved the Case also. She saved a girls life and a child's life. Being a responsible person and a wanna be Kazi he should stay in the side of right and Justice. There is another side to this. This is what he wanted from the moment Zara become a shariya board member. He never liked her presence there.

Since she'd joined and given the clashes of their views, they both should have seen this coming and following them accepting one another they should have separated their married lives from their work life and discussed it. But they didn't do it.

5. Kashmir Honey Moon - They consummated the marriage. They Did it. It was said subtly in the episode many times. After that after their Investor Drama... To patch up with Kabeer Zara did the bed room Trick. But Kabeer ... Stayed adamant ... He called it as his Farz... That's the reason many times when they get close Zara kept asking its Mohabath or Farz. He even after the Investment episode. after Ruksar parda farsh he accepted as Mohabath. But it was so so... Then this mosque case araised.

They actually done it? I'm still wondering 😆😆 I'll probably watch again and find the subtle references because I didn't think they did due to how Kabeer behaved awkwardly afterwards. But then, in arranged marriage it could be like that... *scratching my head and wracking my brain* 😆😆

5. First I thought that he did this divorce thing to Zara to bring her back home. As his ego prevented him bringing her back home and also she announced that they wont stay as Husband and wife till this issue get resolved. That's big decision by Zara. When kazi and Kaziani brought Zara home Kabeer went to room to meet Zara. There he was a pure Lover Boy waiting for his wife to hold his hand. He was shocked on her with drawl this never happened to him. even when he scolded her and ever after the Farz, Miraj, Ruksar thing she never had her ego or she always went behind him like a puppy.

Till that Point things were ok. The moment she pulled off he was shell shocked. The Puppy is gone that was totally new for him and Shabaz Played his card. Zara went back to her home with her parents. How can he call her back. His ego rose high up. He cant put his ego down. Noway he can bring her back home after this. His ego soared high up. Want her to run behind him, beg behind him, want her to come back home by herself. he did that in the way he knows. There the problem begin. Kabeer Seriously felt Super possessive there she ignored him but hugged his mom. If you notice carefully after that Kabeer and his Mom Dynamics really got affected. Somewhere Kabeer is too too possessive. But I was surprised with his behavior. But after the inauguration incident... there were confusing moments... but he wants to save his relationship but with his own terms and conditions. He wanted Zara to Budge. Again everyone played their part in making things worse.

I had gotten annoyed at Zara on that episode because I had assumed case is now over with so why did she withdraw back! They could have talked it over had she not stepped away and that was a blow to Kabeer and it was evident. Following that came the complaint against Kabeer. All of this I agree was a massive blow especially seeing how Zara and his mother met followed by his mother coming into the board meeting.

6. You can notice that possessiveness during their meals every time. When she Inquire about Imran also he was displeased but that was more on a lighter note. He become desperate after Miraj exposure. Though His bonding grow slowly with her with Love and Hate. I always had a feeling that from first episode he had interest on Zara. Even he was Ok to marry zara but her denial put him back.

After the cancelling of engagement when they all met in the restaurant he was totally displeased and kind of mad on Zara. Watch that Episode. When Ruksar Call him to the Seat infront of Phir Shab he was totally displeased on ruksar and on Zara. The look he gave to shabaz and Phir shab Said it all. The final look to zara with a displeasure confirmed everything. The jackpot when Ruksar called Zara. You can notice that.

First I thought kabeer to be what he was saying but he is always more than that. I realized that completely in this aabidha case. If its the Kabeer we think he would stood by aabidha. The side swings, selfish reasons, But what he did. The entire dynamics would say much more dimension of Kabeer.

I had always assumed Kabeer was attracted to her, and it was evident in the first episode during the train ride before the talaq conversation came up. Also, they showed it a few times that he kinda drooled/stared for a tad too long though Zara did not reciprocate. I had thought it would be Kabeer first falling for her rather than Zara falling for him.

Even on the wedding night, he'd stared when she walked in from the next room and in the walima when their hands were placed in each other's hands. Kabeer locked his fingers around hers and after sitting she'd slowly pulled it away.

There is many layers to Kabeer and I was pleased to see it however I did wish there wasn't inconsistencies with him. His mind switches off and on when it comes to certain things.

I know with the rukhsar drama it's not going to show the board meetings etc, but I really hope following the end of the drama and remarriage, Kabeer urges Zara to rejoin the Sharia board just as she'd done when he divorced her.

He had once said she's a very good person who fights for the rights of the women and it would be an injustice to those women as she is their voice.
