I'm rewatching ISA again and I've noticed more things this time around than when I'd watched it the first time. And it's bugging me 😆
Zara had asked Kabeer as to why he divorced her, he had said he'll answer but why did he divorce? Just because of their different views?
That doesn't seem like a valid reason to go for a divorce. I really would have liked if they'd given his answer.
Kabeer had admitted to Ayesha that he had been thinking about divorce for a while so why during the mosque matter, did he soften towards her and on Eid episode come close to her etc...
Also Zara had said she wouldn't allow anyone to play with her life, not even Kabeer. So, why had she returned to the Ahmed household and not fight for herself. I'd have loved to see a court case over the triple talaq matter.
After the talaq, Zara and Kabeer should have been staying in separate rooms to mull over everything, calm down and then work on resolving things.
So why had they stayed together in one room? Zara mentioned the Quran suggests that it's allowed but I had searched for a reliable source where it mentions that but I cannot find anything. Is there a Hadith or verse that mentions that it's preferable for the husband and wife to share a bedroom?? Unless they cooked it up just so they'd stay close and have their accidental romantic scenes 😆
Kabeer being a maulvi should have gone down the proper route of involving family and expressing his displeasure and they try talking it out. And if that didn't work and nothing else worked out then he should have given her the first talaq. Being a maulvi, shouldn't he have practised what he preaches?
The reason behind getting this knowledge is so he preaches what he learns but he must practice it as well.
I'd come across a post recently which has since been locked due to the inactivity and it mentioned ZK had done it in Kashmir 😆
I didn't think so and there's no confirmation. I had assumed they done it' after the argument of the parda episodes.
