Salman Ali

Salman Ali has no versatility, He sings same type of songs in every episode. Judges Give him OTT praises. It is unfair to all other contestants who are working hard (Not including Neelanjana, who is also not versatile) and giving different kinds of songs showing their versatility. Why don't they just crown SALMAN already. What is all the Drama for. The Host has also revealed several times that Salman is the highest Voted Contestant. What is all the procedure (of the Show) for? Why They sing for more than 15 weeks when they have already revealed the favorite of Judges as well as of the audience. Show is stretched long to show how versatile a singer is, and how he improves every week. But The show has failed in this department. I just hope someone from Avanti, Renu, Vibhor, Kunal, Ankush, Soumya & Biswajeet wins. Otherwise it'll be a shame.

Thank you for this post. Salman is highly overrated! His voice/style is only suitable for certain kinda songs and he sticks to those only. Last time I checked Indian Idol was abt versatility but Guess they've made an exception for Salman.

And I feel really bad for soumya because after his wonderfl rendition that vishal criticized he seems very underconfident and lost and is also getting songs in which he can't show his true calibre

I also find Salman hugely overrated. he is damn good but is sticking to his comfort zone as in any case his voice only suits that genre in any case

Just came to know tht Salman ali was the second finalist in the junior sa re ga ma competition. In the grand finale episode Anu Malik was a guest and Manish Paul was the host. U can see the video on you tube.
