With Renu also it's the same thing.

Avantika is so much more versatile.

She is the only versatile female singer in the show.

Agreed. Avanti is the most versatile female in this season. but at least Renu "tried" to sing Cham Cham from Baaghi this week. It didn't go very well. But at least she attempted it.

true that. in fact it's only salman who have never gone out of his comfort zone and the guy from mathura also to a certain extent and ankush and that young girl and the guy from orissa. I am so bad with names abhi tak! uff!

Vibhor has time and again shown his versatality, so has avanti and poor sowmya is being given songs without a classic touch I find that really sad.

Currently I'm rooting for Avanti, Vibhor, Soumya.

Deva Shree Ganesha...Chunar...Ramta Jogi are all completely different type of songs that have ZERO similiarty Please check the facts. Kuch Bhi

Salman is the least of our problems - his caliber of singing is on a whole other level and there are some serious issue with other contestants.

Nitin is good but lacks connection with audience.

Neelanjana and Ankhush both sing the same melody songs - sound the same every week

Somya - Low notes are very harsh and sound bad. Only classically good.

Avanti - This girls voice has NO SOUL. She sounds flat and emotionless

Renu - Not versatile and only sang one or two song good.

Vibhor - His voice is too "kacha", and his voice has no throw at all.

Saurabh is boring and sounds like hes half asleep

Biswajit - Not worth commenting on.

Kunal - Good but needs few more years practise - struggles with high notes

However dont worry, Salman is NOT GOING TO WIN. Its not happy. Their going to make Kunal or Vibhor or some other below average singer win like they do every year.

Jokes apart, if I recollect correctly, Tu hi re is a lower scale song. Anyways, Hariharan can possibly never go very high. And Soumya nailed it.

And also if Avanti can give folk, western and jazz renditions in a single performance, can we please even expect Salman to go astray from his normal regular high notes?

No doubt he's great at folk songs but can he attempt western or jazz?

I never said Salman is perfect. I just said his level of singing is on a whole other level.

And Avanti is - her signing has no soul or emotion behind it just upar upar se Lol... she's good but no soul

I think the problem with Salman is that his voice is a unique one, he has a very high pitched voice, his harkatein and range etc all is excellent which is why he gets all the adulation from the judges, but his voice itself he can't change much (like Soumyo) which is why his performances all sound the same. Two weeks ago I was the same boat, I thought Salmaan was being overhyped by everyone BUT Mayee Teri Chunnar and Deva Shree Ganesha have made me into a fan of his. I do hope he attempts some other genres though.

I love most of the singers this year (unlike last year) they all bring something unique, that being said the girls overpower the boys for me, I find the three girls to be underrated they're the dark horses. Ankush and Saurav are the only 2 that I feel need to go.

Same here - Soumya was getting criticized for only singing classical - he brought the change and now showing his talent in different kind of singing and still not getting any recognision 😭 I feel so bad for him. He is trying really hard. I guess in life in general people with true talent gets taken for granted! They start of with such high bar that people seem to not pay attention in their growth. Hope judges notices his efforts too !
