Part 13

Ishita was taking care of both his parents , she was juggling between toshiji and Mr bhalla . She thought to call her parents but as they hadn't kept much relationship with her, after her marraige, she opted to manage everything alone .That whole day ishita was running between ward and operation theatre as Mr bhallas operation was going while toshiji too got admitted due to blood pressure fluctuation .Though Mr bhalla's men were helping ishita in bringing medicine and other necessary things but still she was the only family member handling everything like intracting with doctors and paying bills . It was evening ishita was sitting in toshiji's room whike she was sleeping .Her eyes were on the drip and it was about to complete and the nurse had told ishita to inform before it ends . Only few drops were left , ishita got up from her place and was going out to inform, still checking the bottle that's when she banged with someone, she immediately turned and was about to aoplogize the person but got surprise seeing Raman standing in front of her. .She saw him , then cupped his face and spoke " oh my god Raman you , achcha his aap aa gaye , see what has happened mummyji , papaji both are in hospital . I m trying to take care of both but cannot , dekhiye n.a. Raman Kya ho gaya ".

She narrated everything in a go and hugged him tight . He too hugged her back and spoke caressing her back " sshuush ishita , nothing had happened , dekho kuch nahi hua hai ,everything will be ok , I had talked to doctor , he told everything is under control ".

They were still talking when the nurse herself came and changed the saline bottle and went , while Raman and ishita sat on the couch and started talking . Ishita told everything about the happening while Raman thanked her for taking such nice care of his parents . She shuts his mouth and spoke " they are not just your parents but my parents too , after you went I had spend everyday nicely with them . When it was there time they took my care, now it's mine time and I m taking their care ".

Raman got happy listening to this , they were still talking when the listened toshiji's voice , both got up and reached to her , she got happy seeing Raman , then started crying recalling the incident and asked " Raman puttar your papa , they shot him , they shot him."

Saying so she started crying hugging him , for which both ishra vomsolec her and informed that he is now ok and they can meet him after sometimes . Toshiji got relaxed listening to this while ishita went and call nurse . The nurse checked toshiji's BP and spoke " now it's very much controlled and madam if you will improve like this , you can go home soon ".

All got happy listening to her, Raman instructed ishita to remain with toshiji while he will go and check his father . They nodded and Raman went , then toshiji started asking about Mr bhalla again, ishita told that the bullet has been taken out and everything is ok but as Mr bhallas age is bit more , it's taking much time for him to come in senses ".

They were still talking when a attendant came and informed " madamji no aapke patient the na ICU mein , he has gained conscious ".

He went informing so , while toshiji became impatient and wanted to meet him asap , ishita anyhow stopped her and went out to take permission from doctor . Soon she returned with doctor permission to meet Mr bhalla but after sometimes , when he will be transferred to the room . They waited for sometimes and Mr bhalla got tranfered , now ishita took toshiji to his cabin . Toshiji got happy seeing Mr bhalla ok whike he was surprised seeing toshiji's state . Both of them talked to each other then Mr bhalla looked at ishita and she asked

I- how are you feeling now papaji.?

Mr bhalla - just like a looser.

R - what? Aap Kya bole ja rahe ho .

Mr bhalla - that's what , I m feeling now . I had torchered this girl so much,was adamant to kill her , forcefully got her married to you but what she did , when she got chance to see me getting punished of my sins, she took me away from there and saved me . Sach Raman aaj main bahut chota feel kar raha hoon teri votti (wife)ke saamne .

Then he folded his hands in front of ishita and spoke " Thank you so much puttar ji for saving my life . I know you must be angry with me but consider me like your father and forgive me ".

I-what are you saying like this papaji , it was not your fault totally, everything happened because of me . Aur waise bhi up bhi hua, that was past , I can't take it for whole life . And after my marraige when you never torchered or troubled me then how can I leave you on that pain . After marraige mummyji and you are my parents, when you took care of me like your daughter then how can I let my father die .

Mr bhalla got overwhelmed listening to her , he opened his arms for ishra and they happily engulfed themselves in his arm , toshiji glared him , he called her too . All shared a lovely family hug , that's when nurse entered the room and told everybody to vacant the room as doctor is coming for round . Toshiji went back to her room while doctor came and check both Mr and Mrs bhalla one by one , they both demanded for discharge but doctor told then to stay for one more day.

The day passed in jiffy as ishra too were with them , next day they got discharge and all returned to house happily .On the other hand ranjeet got arrested on statement of Mr bhalla , toshiji and ishita as they all were eye witness of the crime . Raman scolded his father for not listening to him and continuing this anti-social activities while he apologized like a kid and promised that he will not do anything further like this but Raman has to stay in India. Raman told that he will decide and tell , saying so he went to their room where ishita was arranging cloths . He walked to her and backhugged her , she got startled with his sudden action and was about to shout when he closed her mouth and spoke " arey it's me ishita ".

She loosed herself on him listening to his voice while he kissed behind her ear , she closed her eyes feeling his touch and turned in jiffy to hug him .He too hugged her back and asked " missed me ".

I- bahut saara . I was eagerly waiting for and was preparing myself that what we will talk , how we will spend time and see what has happened .

R- humm , even I too had to rush in jiffy , couldn't bring anything for you . But ishita after ma and papa , i wanna thank you a lot . You know though I don't like papa's work but I love him a lot . And you had done a big favour for me by saving my both parents .

I- again you are saying same thing , I told you na, they are my parents too .

R- ok leave all these, tell me how are you .

I- was too alone but now too happy that you are here . Now don't go leaving me , everything is nice here but this all seems to be so lone without you .

R- why are you being sad , now I m here na.

I- Kya fark padta hai , you will again pack your bags in two days and will start going .

He smiled listening to her and spoke cupping her face " do you want to say anything more to me ".

I- bahut kuch, but don't know from where to start.

R- I have all ears , you can start from anywhere you want .

They were talking when they heard knock at the door , ishita parted from him and was going when he spoke " we will talk in night , that will be our time , non will disturb us at that time ".

Ishita nodded and went from there, pecking his cheeks in jiffy , leaving a smiling Raman behind .
