'This place is only for cheaters': Kenishaa Francis shares cryptic post amid Ravi Mohan dating rumours

Singer Kenishaa Francis has sparked fresh speculation around her rumoured relationship with actor Ravi Mohan after sharing an emotional and cryptic note on social media. Her lengthy Instagram statement quickly went viral, with several users interpreting it as a sign of possible trouble between the two.

On Friday, May 15, Kenishaa posted a message hinting at emotional exhaustion and disappointment. In the note, she revealed that she entered the story with love but was now choosing silence instead. She wrote, “I have given pieces of myself trying to protect a human being the world had already decided a story for.”

The singer further reflected on public judgement and online narratives surrounding personal relationships. She added, “But I now understand something very clearly - in a world addicted to spectacle, kindness rarely stands a chance against chaos.”

Another section of the post attracted major attention online after Keneeshaa mentioned, “To the public, the cinema industry, the commentators, the people who love him, dislike him, defend him, mock him, or claim ownership over his life - he is now all yours.” She continued by saying there would be “no more explanations” and “no more defending.”

The most discussed part of the note came when she wrote, “I understand, that this place is only for liars, cheaters, manipulators and life extorters.” Though Kenishaa did not mention Ravi Mohan directly, social media users quickly linked the statement to the actor because of their long standing dating rumours.

Kenishaa also expressed disappointment over how softness and loyalty are viewed today. In another part of the message, she wrote, “Perhaps destruction is easier to digest than devotion.”

Towards the end of her statement, the singer revealed that she had left Chennai, quit music and was stepping away from social media. She also cited online bullying, manipulation and “sorcery” as reasons behind her decision.

As of now, neither Kenishaa Francis nor Ravi Mohan has officially addressed the speculation surrounding their relationship. Earlier in September 2024, Ravi Mohan had publicly announced the end of his 15 year marriage with Aarti, with whom he shares two sons, Aarav and Ayaan.
