Lol apart from KJo, I don't think anyone would be interested in listening to the intimate details..

Mahesh is a smart man, he must have his reasons for using those words to discuss them 😆

I took it as how Alia handles this "relationship" vis-a-vis her career, PR, and media. Both statements give a cynical vibe.
