There is fair chances that Mahi may have done it. She is all about money and this would have been a good chance for her.

As Mahi use 2 work in ZOSH with Yash , Pooja was d first client if ZOSH even she gave many clients 2 ZOSH so she would had visited zosh many times , even Yash would had introduced Pooja 2 Mahi. Mahi has a sharp mind so she would be knowing about d affair thing, who know she would had blackmailed Yash 4 it.

U know itz famous saying in Hindi Jo dikhta h woh nahi hota aur Jo nahi dikhta hai woh hota.Till now we are suspecting arjun Mr.hooda Sakshi but not Mahi who knows she is the mastermind.Like in movie wajah Tum ho we could not know it was Sana who is murderer but at end of the movie we find her to be guilty.Thia was my assumption about it.
