I feel that Shambhu Baba and Rudra are Kaal Bhairav and the Shwaan, because ever since they have shown that Kaal Bhairav and his Shwaan have left the Mandir since then Rudra has entered the show. So I feel that Rudra is none other than the Shwaan of Kaal Bhairav and Shambhu Baba is Kaal Bhairav or some connection with Kaal BHairav.

Possible. Probably real shambhu baba is already dead.
