Probably bigger here means taller than Namrata or may be because he knows her identity but she has no clue who Sethji is. Or because he is senior smuggler? Namrata is a local smuggler from Siddhpur. He must have international business.
Sethji hired Namrata to get the nine shivlings. He financed her but neither did he ask her to kill anyone nor did he or his men kill anyone. Wasnt Namrata single handedly doing everything?
I am trying to understand why the very powerful Sethji didn't just kill Namrata and take his shivlings without paying a penny? He was constantly watching her. He knew what her plan was. She was going to con him.
When the accident happen, Namrata's man was there but Sethji's man didn't bother to follow or else the shivling would have been his without any trouble.
During Garudi- Rudra scene, Sethji called Namrata to say his man was coming there to take the Shivling from Garudi. Rudra came but his man was again missing. Bad move. At least Namrtaa always get her shivlings.
Namrata is a better story teller. She makes a story instantly and everyone believes her. Sethji had to do a lot to blackmail her, make her believe what he is capable of.
So, on what parameters is he the better criminal of the two? I will give Namrata extra marks for hiding a secret for 3 yeas, building a secret door in her haveli without anyone noticing and playing dual roles, one as a teacher in the morning and another as Masteeji at night.All these without revealing her face unlike Sethji. Then we have added talents like hypnotism, knife throwing, pushing injection etc.
