The mother of Anika Bhavya and Gauri is the sister of the father of Shivaaye, Omkara and Rudra (Obbros). Anika, Gauri and Bhavya are the daughters of the Bua of Obbros, and Obbros are the sons of the Mama of Anika, Gauri and Bhavya.

by any definition the children of Bua/Mama are your cousins (Cross cousins to be more precise) and such relations are not allowed as per Hindu Marriage Act in India. This is also incest (excluding in South India where cross cousin marriage is allowed, so if you still want to go this way, make them South Indians, like make them Iyers instead of Oberois or make them Muslims as I suggested earlier, or else make them the children some family friend, who started staying with the Oberois post the death of their parents

So Shvaaye can not marry the daughter of his Bua. It is incest here.
