My name is majid and i am from Iran

it is not dubbed. it a song that montage in this romantic clip.

Dubbed industry in iran is Very good probably one of the best in word.

if it was a dubbed the lips of actors would be synchronized wit Voice.

Youtube rules are very inconsistent.. although there are plenty of fan-uploaded videos of Hindi songs, normally it's allowed but maybe you got the copyright violation because of the audio? If it's a famous persian song.
