I don't think this is Kajol-Tanisha. But whoever it is, I think the younger sister is embarrassing herself by asking for the older ones' share. I, for one, don't respect the kind of people who cannot support themselves. But, I also think if the younger one is already asking, and it seems is unsuccessful in life with no source of income, then the older one should give it away. If you're already rich then behave like it na.

No, the law states that if there is no will made, then the property is divided equally into all the siblings and the wife on the deceased. If there is a will, then it depends on how the deceased wanted the division to be.
