I can understand how Tanisha feels but it's not fair at all to Kajol either. Why should Kajol not have what is rightfully her's!

This does sound more like Shilpa-Shamita actually & it makes more sense then because Shilpa seems to be blessed with wealth due to her marriage! I think Raj is very well-to-Do but it's still not fair.

Gee! I always find it so pointless, exhausting and saddening to fight over family inheritance when an elder passed away. Esp when people are already wealthy...what a waste of time and way to ruin the atmosphere. Seems more like an ego problem and less to do with money.

As per Hindu Succession Act, if a man dies intestate, then the property is split equally amongst his children, his wife and his mother.

And knowing how fickle relationships are in Bwood and Ajay's rumoured philandering what if they get divorced in the future? What of Kajol then?

And Ajay produces movies, his wealth also fluctuates. He must have barely recouped the losses from Shivaay through Golmaal. With the level of risk he undertakes, Kajol wanting this financial security makes sense.

Tanisha should stop living off her family and grow up and earn her own living. How preposterous to ask your sibling to give up their legal share in the property just cause you are a spoilt, entitled, lazy brat.

All the senior male actors including Ajay have a lot of invested property and wealth by now and certainly do not only depend on the monetary fate of their films. Ajay is hugely investing in buying a lot of cinema halls . He owns a big VFX company which do the VFX of some major Hindi films. They did Bajirao , Padmaavat , Dilwale, Golmaal to name a few biggies.
And you are talking about worst case scenario here for Kajol and not Tanisha.
Anyways I feel it all depends on the equation the siblings share and not on the money. Some give everything to help their bro or sis and some leave them even when they are in financial trouble.

if a man dies his property will go to wife and kids ,equall share to all

kajol mom can give her share to tanisha that way tanisha will get bigger share than kajol but for this kajol ko dil bada rakhna padega

most of the time if mother gives her share to one kid toh baki kids se relation spoile ho jata hai
why tanisha dont open a restro or boutique...mostly all cricketers do this bcs after retirement they cant do anything.

If the sister willing gives up then it's different but crying and acting stubborn over it because one couldn't do well in their life after getting half of the share is pure silly. When they both are equal according to the law, they should both get equal share and no kind of bullying makes sense. These rich kids too are so money-minded and fight more than common people.
