Question? Samrat's tattoo on back

I was just wondering how come being an Airforce officer samrat could get away with such a big tattoo on his back....I mean before joining hawks he might have to go through some medical screening and fitness program...then how anybody didn't notice his tattoo.

It was kind of weird when he made an excuse of skin allergy for not taking his shirt off...I mean isn't he suppose to get treated for that as he is an officer and is trained for worst situations.

Let me know if its only me who is confused about this or anybody else noticed it...😊

Yep ...I think Its a blooper..
They have to undergo medical examinations...I am not sure if they need to take out shirt for that 😉
BT there can always be situations where he wud have to..
