Salman Khan's birthday cake was an elaborate multi-tiered one.
This year, Salman Khan's birthday is special for more reasons than one. His film, Tiger Zinda Hai, is currently running to packed theatres and breaking box office records. In just five days, the spy-thriller is racing towards the Rs 200-crore mark, having earned Rs 173.07 crore already.
In fact, in an interaction with the media on his birthday, Salman thanked his co-star Katrina Kaif and said, "She has given me a big gift with the success of Tiger Zinda Hai."
Salman's birthday cake had a Tiger Zinda Hai connection. The cake, which was baked by pastry chef Pooja Dhingra, founder of Mumbai's popular Le 15 Patisserie, had posters of the actor's recent hits, including Tiger Zinda Hai, Sultan and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Like every year, Salman hosted a party at his Panvel farmhouse this year too, which was attended by Bollywood celebs like Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor, Suniel Shetty and Mouni Roy, among others. Cricketers like Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Kedhar Jadhav also joined in the celebrations.
It's a working birthday for Salman this year. The actor will be busy shooting for an action sequence for his next, Race 3. The film, which is directed by Remo D'Souza, is expected to release on Eid 2018.
