At the end of the day , it's all about business ..jis se zyada profit milega they'll do that only .. we Aam jaata also do that, why should they do it differently ?
Aamir isn't a big star or has clout to make any changes so the onus is on SRK and Salman to make a difference
It's none of our concern. Wage gap is there i unorganized sector which includes daily wage labour and film - tv industry.
Well everywhere else people arw paid based on merit and in.government according to ur rank/ post.I don't get why "pseudo"- feminists get riled up so fast.In Bollywood women get paid less and in tv women get paid more.U can't expect equal payment when u have no star power. Also imo there's nothing wrong in being a patriarchal society . If ppl don't watch women centric movies it's not because they are misogynist but because those movies are mostly too preachy
I don't exactly see anything wrong in a society being patriarchal or matriarchal. That doesn't make me any less of a person. Other than pseudo feminists and pseudo liberals nobody actually feels oppressed in either kind of society.Well u ppl think its ur right to insult anybody who doesn't agree with u with sarcastic statements which makes this forum the most hypocritical one

What do you think Bollywood superstars can do to end wage gap between men and women
I think the first step is to have a meeting with all the women
And ask them their views
then is to ask the producers of their movies to pay them equally based on their scenes / songs
A superstar or SRK OR Aamir's caliber can do a lot to change the wage gap
They need to understand that tomorrow their daughters / women in their family will be on the industry too and it's not okay to convey the message "you are less than men
I'm not saying anything about salman since he doesn't have children
What do you guys think ?
