I don't know about the rest of you but I think Shradda looks kind of cute, her face isn't plastered with make-up and yes admittedly she does look sightly tired yet she manages good effortlessly.

Dress sense wise her outfits not that bad, I'd personally not match that skirt with that top with that grey 'jackety' looking thing, but then again you can't really see the full the outfit in the picture... so who know maybe it does look good.
