Anyone happy with Varun - Anushka pairing or disappointed?

IMO the other options in the poll are better actors than him & can portray roles better than him, be it screen presence or performance. I would have have prefered any one of em over Varun. I would have been happy with ARK too. 😆 Just thought of these actors. if you have anyone else in mind, then do mention!!

If Varun improved his acting, I would have accepted him, but he comes as an actor who goes OTT in most movies, which is unbearable!! I have seen scenes from other films of him too & his acting is mainly repetitive!!

If you agree with fresh pairing, then it is between Varun, Sid & ARK, or if you wanted to see a previous pairing its RK or Shahid

Anyone who attacks the TM will be reported, coz I will not counter attack!! Keep the debate healthy please!!

How about instead of Varun? Why not replace Anushka after all she's got less important role than him.

Role is about a labourer and film is likely to be set in UP/Bihar. Varun was fantastic in BKD as a guy from Jhansi with right accent

she is a boring actress. I would have preferred any one besides her with him.

Sui Dhaga has patriotic theme and Anushka and Ranbir have the serious acting talent to do role like this! Wish YRF and RK didn't have issues with each other because Anu-RK have the most real & mature chemistry among all pairings!

As if sid and ark are better actors than varun. Both even lack screen presence. But if you really eager to have a flop film of anushka you can have sid & ark ,it's your choice.

Imo varun is perfect for role because he can bring the desipan and earthiness needed for this role, even ranbir looks good only in urban roles. But varun did fantastic job as badri

Rk and anu have not been a really successful pair. that might also be a reason why they not be paired together now

i care for this film only becoz varun's a part of it.

m shocked not becoz u find varun bad actor but the fact that the placement u proposed includes siddharth and aditya 😆

Although I really wanted to see Varun- Anushka together ever since I saw their Film companion IV with Anupama Chopra during Badlapur-NH10 promotions...besides I do prefer Anushka over most actresses of this gen...and am elated to see a fresh pairing.

But still, take Varun out of Sui Dhaaga and I would give a damn about this film just like I didnt care about Phillauri, JHMS, Bombay Velvet or DDD...😆

There's a reason why an egotistic guy like Adi Chopra went to Dharma prodigy Varun dhawan 😆 eventhough he rejected a Yrf film before (Dabba Gul with Big B)
