Raman went out pecking Ishita's cheek while ishita was just looking at his retreating figure caressing the place he kissed. She don't wanted to feel but couldn't stop herself from feeling his soothing touch. She was standing there closing her eyes hugging herself lost in his touch and his heart soothing confession.
Raman went downstairs and went to his parent.
Raman -chalo maa papa. He said making his parent get up.
Appa-arey, what happened Raman. Please listen to me once, please marry her.
Raman glared at him and went out without answering appa anything. Appa got angry seeing him denying for the marriage and went to ishita.
Raman went out with his parent and toshiji asked-kya hua raman, kuch bologe.
Raman was about to say something when they heard, sahab.
Raman and his parent turned to the person and saw an old lady standing there. Raman understood who is she, he was about to say something when she said.
Kaki-i know aapko sach sunkar jhatka lagaa hoga, but ishita bitiya bahut achchi ladki hai, bhagwaan ne uske saath bahut galat kiya hai, Aap galat mat Karo. Usse apna lo, woh aapki bahut khush rakhegi. Pichle do saalon mein koi nahi aaya usse apnane ke liye and I have seen her fighting alone. Aap please uska saath dijiye, usse yun thukra kar mat jaiye, ab bhagwaan ne uske saath itna galat kiya, isme uski kya galti hai. Please marry her, she badly needs someone to pour her pain, cry her heart out and to south her pain. She said folding her hands making mr and Mrs bhalla confused while Raman went to her. He hold her hand and said-i promise I will marry her, chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye, woh chahe yaa naa chahe but I will marry her, usse apni dulhan zarur banaunga main. U don't worry, main iss liye nahi jaa raha Co I don't want to marry her but coz I want her to accept me in her life and u have to help me for this. Aap madad karengi naa meri.
Kaki nodded happily while Raman bend and touched her feet. She kissed his hair and blessed him. Raman turned and went to his car smiling .
Mr bhalla -raman,whats going on. Who was she.
Raman -ghar chaliye batata hoon.
Toshiji -kya ab tu ishita se shaadi nahi karna chahta.
Raman -ofcourse chahta hoon, in fact ab toh pehle se bhi jyada chahta hoon.
Toshiji-then why we r going like this, Main usse liye shagun ke kangan le kar aayi thi.
Raman -shagun ke kangan kyun laayi, naye banwane chahiye the, I don't want her to give anything which was Shagun's once. Hum abhi ishita ke liye naye kangan kharidenge. He said making a baby face making his parent smile.
Toshiji smiled and said-itna bada ho gaya hai but akal abhi bhi nahi hai. shagun matlab shaadi ka shagun, rishta tay hone ka shagun. Koi Shagun ka kangan nahi, Main apni bahu ko utara hua dungi kya.
Raman smiled and said-now that's like my maa. Love u ,he said hugging his mother. She too hugged him back and soon they were out of iyer house.
On the other hand, appa reached ishita's room and saw her lost in herself. He roared her name breaking her trance. She open her eyes only to see her parent standing on the threshold of her door.
Ishita looked at sleeping ruhi and said-cant u see, my daughter is sleeping. Go away, I don't wanna talk to u.
Appa-but I wanna talk, why u denied for the marriage. Itne achche log kahan milte hai tum jaisi chodi hui ladki ke liye.
Ishita closed her eyes to compose herself hearing his harsh words and then said opening her eyes-aapko kaise pata woh log achche hai, u enquired about them, I don't think so. Woh log achche hai kyunki woh ameer hai, aur agar meri shaadi raman se ho jayegi then u will again get respect in society. Aur shayad woh aapke nikamme bete ki help bhi kar dein. Naa.
Appa -yes Mr bhalla was ready to help him. Woh bechara takleef mein hai, uski job chali gayi hai, he has a family to take care. Tum toh itna kamati ho kabhi help ki uski, nahi ki and when Mr bhalla want to help chaitanya,u denied for marriage.
Ishita smirked and said-ghatiyapan ki bhi Ek limit hoti hai, but shayad aapke ghatiyapan ki kou limit nahi hai. Still u want to trade me for ur son's job. But I am no more an object to be sold. Just get out of my room, isse pehle ki main aapke baahar kar doon.
Appa-dont u dare talk to me like this.
Ishita-i will talk, this is my house. And I will talk the way I want to, she was saying when she heard, mumma gucha nahi.
Ishita turned and saw Ruhi sitting in her place. Ishita calm down herself and said-aap please jaiye, I don't want to see ur face.
Appa went from their and called his son.
Appa-hello, I am coming to u. I can't stay here any more.
Chaitanya -arey rahiye naa, I don't have money. I can't take care of u two. Woh rakh rahi hai toh raho naa, I am busy. Will talk later. He said and hung the call making appa sad.
On the other hand, bhallas reached home, Raman made his parent settle down on the couch and narrated them everything ishita went through excluding the rape part, cos for him it's between personal between them only.
Mr bhalla was shocked while Toshiji started crying hearing so much cruelty. Mr bhalla took toshiji in side hug and consoled.
Toshiji-koi itna jaanwar kaise ho sakta hai bhalla ji. Uss phool si bachchi ko itna dard, usse jala diya when she was pregnant .uski zindagi ka sabse khoobsurat pal itna bhayanak ho gaya. Can't even think of the pain she went through.
Mr bhalla -raman ,ab tune kya decide kiya hai.
Raman -i want to marry her papa. But she thinks that u people will not agree for this. Issliye usne mana kar diya.
Toshiji -nahi puttar, yeh baat nahi hai, uske ghaav bahut gehre hai,her whole family betrayed her . So she don't want to trust anyone. At first u have to make her trust u for her and for her daughter also then only she will accept ur proposal.
Raman -woh main kar lunga, Aap dono ko toh koi problem nahi hai naa.
Mr and Mrs bhalla looked at each other and said-nahi, we want her as our daughter in law.
Raman -thank u maa, thank u papa. Glad u guys agreed.
Toshiji -shayad pehle nahi maante but after this shagun fiasco, I think everyone deserve a second chance. Jis tarah se hamari koi galti nahi thi but we suffered, likewise she too suffered even after being innocent. Chal raman chal kar usse bata aate hai that we r ready for this marriage.
Raman -aap dono jaiye, I have to go somewhere else.
Toshiji-abhi Isse zaruri kya hai.
Raman -kuch hai maa, Aap log jaiye, waise bhi she needs it assurance more then mine.
Mr bhalla -chaliye toshi ji, hum chalte hai.
Toshiji nodded and his parent went to meet ishita whike raman called someone.
Mr and Mrs bhalla reached iyer house only to get know that ishita went back to office.
Mr bhalla turned the wheels towards her office.
Ishita was sitting in her office trying hard to concentrate on her work but her mind was going everytime on Raman, his words, his touch. She was just not getting over it. At last she closed her laptop and hide her face in her palm when there was a knock on the door.
Ishita-come in, she said without looking up.
The door got opened and Mr and Mrs bhalla came inside and said-ishita. Ishita got up seeing them and said-uncle aunty aap log yahan.
Mr bhalla -can we sit here.
Ishita-ofcourse, baithiye naa. She said and make them sit.
Mr bhalla -nice decor, must say ur office is beautiful. He said smiling.
Ishita -thank u, Aap log kuch lenge.
Toshiji -nahi, we came here to talk about Raman. Act, she was saying when ishita said-i know, Aap dono kya baat karne aaye hai.
Mr bhalla look at her confused and asked -u know why we came here.
Ishita-i know, u want me to stay away from Raman. Trust me uncle I have denied his proposal. Ab woh aap dono ko pareshan nahi karenge. And even if he will force u for this relationship I will never encourage his advances. Aap log befirkar rahiye, meri wajah se aap logon ko koi pareshaani nahi hogi.
Toshiji-how did u know we came to say this.
Ishita smiled meekly and said-mujh jaisi aurat se kisi ko aur kya vasta ho sakta hai. Raman must have told u about me and u people must be angry on him for thinking this, toh Aap log mujhe manaa karne aaye hai. But don't worry, I totally understand, Main samajhti hoon. I will never let raman hurt u people for me. Main aapke takleef ki wajah kabhi nahi banungi. Raman ki shaadi Aap log apni marzi se karwaiyega. She said looking down, tears were threatening to fall which she wiped in a jiffy, trying hard to keep a strong face while bhallas were just looking at her.
Toshiji went close to ishita and said-badi samajhdaar hai tu.
Ishita closed her eyes in sheer pain. Yes she was denying them for the marriage proposal but deep down, she wanted them to accept her. She don't want to accept it but she has started dreaming a life with Raman. But with his parent denying her, everything come to an end. She wiped her tears and said meekly-if u can excuse me ,I am little busy. She said looking away.
Mr bhalla -yes we r going but just want to thank you.
Ishita smiled meekly and said-its OK, Main jaanti thi Aap logon ka faisla.
Mr bhalla -sach much bahut jaanti ho tum, bahut duniya dekhi hai tumne.
Ishita just nodded feeling helpless.
Mr bhalla kept his hand on her forehead and said-but puri nahi dekhi hai. He said making ishita confuse when Toshiji hold her hand and make her wear the bangles.
Ishita was just looking at them all confused when Toshiji said-we like u ishita puttar and we want u to become our daughter in law. Yeh ussi ka shagun hai.
Ishita was shocked hearing this and said-matlab.
Mr bhalla -matlab yeh puttar ji, that we r ready for ur and Raman's marriage.
Ishita was shocked beyond words hearing this and said-but why.
Toshiji-what kind of question is this, we want u to get married to raman, coz we like u.
Ishita-but I had a past. A very ugly one. She said with moist eyes.
Toshiji-we know that bachcha, but that wasn't ur fault. Teri kya galti hai usme.
Ishita-i was married before.
Toshiji -raman was also married before, he was also trapped like u.
Ishita-bur i have a daughter also.
Mr bhalla -toh achcha hai naa, do lakshmi aayegi hamare ghar. Kyun toshiji.
Toshiji nodded and said-mujhe Pata hai puttar, tere ghaav bahut gehre hai. U can't trust us or anyone just like this. So take ur time, jitna waqt lena hai utna le, we r not in hurry. But yes, whenever u think of marriage think about raman only. Coz he really loves u alot. Mere bachche ne aaj tak kabhi kisi ko aise nahi chaha the way he loves u. I want both of u happy together. Yeh kangan tumhare aur raman ko shaadi ka shagun hai. Even if u want to take time, isse mat utarna, yeh usse himmat dega, toh fight for his love.
Ishita dont know how to react so she just nodded. Toshiji pecked her forehead and blessed her.
Ishita bend to touch their feet when Toshiji hugged ishita tight and said-jaldi se maan jaa puttar aur mere Raman ki dulhan ban kar aa jaa, hamare ghar. We r waiting. She said and both went out blessing ishita while ishita was just looking at them with moist eyes.
