Is it wise to release a movie 3 days after TEPK and a clash?

I loved the trailer. I am loving the song promos

looks a promising movie

i am talking about Barely ki Barfi

but my concern is the release date (18th aug)

Releasing 3 days after akki starrer TEPK (15th aug) Is it really wise? Think about it these both will have the same 1st weekend. Is that not inviting a very very tough competition

And then there is clash with Haseena too (though not many hopes from that) and finally the very next week competition from A gentleman (25th aug)

Is it really wise to release the movie when it is this crowded with movies left right and centre

Thoughts?

Toilet is releasing on 11th Aug so 7 days apart ..

Is it releasing just 3 days after TEPK? You forgot JHMS. People would want to see SRK-Akki on big screen and probably wait for this movie on TV.

It is very bad decision and I hope they push it to September. Is there any possibility ? This movie is looking better than Badri to me.

Loss if Akki's, Toilet from the outline looks like a huge grosser but problem is it is not getting good number of screens, neither free weeks.
It will gross enough to be a hit or even superhit, unless it is absolutely abysmal.
BB, I doubt now.

TEPK is coming on 11th not 15th I think. BKF will be another forgotten movie. Content is not extra ordinary to make it stand out like Hindi Medium. It is a another rom-com. So It will flop despite of its release date.
