I just thought about Rakhee (Film Actress) when the Bamboo scene came up...could not figure out where have I scene something like this. You just correctly me to Black Mail. The best part of this show is that writers are taking scene references from very interesting and rich places...they are not blatantly copying scenes from other serials or showing stuff which are done to death. I liked this unique spot where Mukhi chose to let it all come out. The space had the element of a looming danger, building passion and physical proximity...so, everything just fell in place.
Vijay Anand's films are known for their theatrical value...the thrillers were all woven to an emotional fabric making it a very satisfying viewing...I just wish the writers of Moh Moh keep their quality in tact...I sincerely pray for that.
P.S. Last night...I was confused, as to who do I love more Aru or Mukhi...so I settled in favour of Anshul😆😆. Haash...am at peace

Same scene in a film made in the 70s and a television serial made in the 21st century...the audience reaction same- everyone loved it!! What is the lesson that we draw?? That the older generation was definitely not conservative about love, romance and portraying of feelings...it is the lame onset of college romances (the silly ones...I am talking about) and over-the-top skin and cleavage show that became dominant in the understanding of attraction, love and (if you may call it) romance. Look at this scene of Black-Mail...it was so intense, believable...had drama, passion and desire...yet so so neatly done...nothing clumsy or cringe-worthy about it. Same with the execution in YMMKD...Such emotions are time-less...the scene has so much of validity even in the present context. Our ArMu love story in indeed timeless.
I seriously need sensible people as writers for Indian Television now...its been ages that I enjoyed anything. Cora, I forgot to thank you in the earlier reply for this post...so, conveying my thanks now. You make this forum and its discussion rich!! Thanks for being a part of this forum...and thanks for being who you are!! Loved this post to say the least!!
