It is surely Arjun's portrait she made with the discarded tablets. Blame it on the sketch artist hired for the show who did not do a perfect job.

They show Maya as a intelligent woman.. Who would in the right mind would throw the medicine behind a closet rahter than flushing it down the toilet. Makes no sense here. Even if she is a mad woman, she knows exactly what she is doing..Psycho...

Maya might justify her act of not taking medicine is purely because of her concern for the wellness of growing baby! Such dosages are alright for a pregnant woman?

May be,one has to assume this is only a professional care & her pregnancy situation is already factored in!

That was Arjun's photo for sure, infect that was resembling to Arjun too but it was made by some other non painting material that's why seemed less resembling...but for sure that was Arjun's photo.
