The thing with nepotism is it prevents other more talented people entry. An Amitabh, Akshay Shahrukh all outsiders came into play because the industry looked outside for talent. Off late , since there are so many star kids around and most if the producers themselves are associated with some known filmy family, the trend of pronting their own seems to be much more. Already industry kids like Sara, jhanvi! Aryan etc are being promoted as the next gen. And with so many kids to go around, it will be tough for a talented outsider to get noticed unless he or she is extraordinarily talented or exceedingly lucky. The loss of course will be for Bollywood, because junta may loose interest watching the same old same old and may look at Hollywood or tv more for entertainment.

So what? You think they would give you credit for being talented? No..They will come up with same explanation how it's because of you fellows some bechare outsiders won't get work..as if the already established outsiders won't do that for their kids.
