Just imagining Konkona as Paro makes me laugh like crazy..😆

They haven't been offered to have played one
Konkona would have NAILED PARO, considering PARO was Bengali and so is she.

Sometimes, versatile means like Tilapia or Tofu. Things that are normally bland, boring, and blah without a particular taste of their own. However, it is this characteristic that makes them adaptable to any style of cuisine or cooking. No matter what dish they are in, it works. It pops in your mouth with bursts of flavor. You want to keep eating. Most people mistakenly think it is the tilapia or tofu that is the star. However, a true foodie knows that it is the chef and their seasoning that made the dish.
Versatile stars tend to be bland foods that can be seasoned and served anyway the director wants.

Very few stars are like coconut milk or chipotle peppers - with a distinct flavor and characteristic of their own. Because while they will be brilliant in some cuisines, their flavors will clash in others.

People don't have to try every genre to be considered versatile. It is enough if they try multiple genres. Plus comedy is one of the hardest things to do and to her credit Vidya tried, she was not successful, but she tried. And she was successful in a lot of the genres she tried.

lmao! I was just thinking about this yesterday. In bollywood standards, I don't think we use it enough. But if we are comparing it to hollywood, then yes we use it too often. Our movies are not versatile and neither are our characters compared to western films.
