I'm sooooooooo confused

So guys,
I completely stopped watching once ayan and kanya's engagement stopped. just started checking in to see written updates.

all i know is that crazy guru guy (why i don't know) has captured ayan, and is demanding that ranbir find kanya a groom. at the same time ranbir's mother wants him to marry and blackmails him that he won't get property unless he marries. so ranbir tries to find a groom for kanya but that plan fails and he is left to propose to kanya. meanwhile, kanya+ pooja + shanta tayee agree as they see this is an opportunity for them to get revenge. and they need the $$.

so then what? i have no idea why what happened on jan 21st and jan 22nd happened?

can someone please tell me. why is everyone acting ulta? their plans are working in the complete opposite direction? soooo confused. and i guess all of you find this very very funny (that all the ulta acting is working backwards)

alright.. i will try my best to update you on this.. k hon..

alright.. first.. Guru is a tapori who was helped by Kanya one night when he got hurt.. Guru was soo touched by her generosity that he decided to help her..

So after Kanya agreed to marry Ranbir.. they decided that it will be a contract marriage.. when ranbir unveils petite heorine to all his family members.. they were all shocked.. aayan's mother, father, aayan and his mother-in-law (skeleton woman) were against the marriage.. however.. ranbir's mother and her Big B agree to the marriage.. (this was a very very funny scene... and i highly recommend that you watch it to get the full force of it>..) ranbir and kanya were sure that his family will NEVER agree to the marriage.. but once they had teh consent of Big B.. they were in a BIG predicament.... they are thinking of ways to get out of this messs... when kanya's mother calls and she tells them that kanya's father is very angry that he broke the TV.. they have to come home NOW!!

shanta tai is happy and says that she found a way to get out of the messsssss........

Jan 22 epi ends of this.. and i get to watch the epi in 1/2 hour.. can't wait

guru captured ayaan because he broke the engagment with kanay and made her life misserable.

here's what happend from where pc84 left off,

in today's epi(22nd jan) shanta, kanya and her sister come home with ranbir and his brother. kanya's father is aggainst the marriage and everyone is happy. ranbir pretends to be upset and pleads to kanya's father to let them get married but it he doesn't agree so ranbir goes home all happy and break the news to the family that kanaya's parents refused and start to cry. then ranbir's mom goes to kanya's home and pleads to her parents to give kanay become her daughter in law finally kanaya's parents agree. and ranbir's mom hugs kanya and says no one can seperate ranbir and you from getting married and hugs her. so tommorrow kanay and ranbir will probably get married.

that was so dumb of ranbir. why did he have to talk to anand? and i don't get why they agreed to a contract marriage if in reality they were going to try everything to break the marriage.
