It is not healthy to feel like this. So you should try and stop watching. It will be a little difficult at first, but it'll get better with time. These days I just read the written updates. Also, you should stop frequenting the forum so much. Spend less time on the IB forum than you are at present. That is very important. Because dozens of spoilers are released everyday, and then everybody is so worked up over the track and busy making so many predictions about where things are headed, that it just messes with your head.Try replacing IB with another show. If you can find something else to binge watch and obsess over, IB will affect you less. I started watching Naamkaran to get over IB. And though it still bothers me and I'm still a little worried about where things are going with my once favourite show, I'm not as affected as I was before. You can try Naamkaran if you want. It's interesting and going well at the moment. Plus you can binge watch on all the earlier episodes. Try watching after the leap.

thanks dear!!!I hope your tips work. In fact ib is the only show that I watched after a long time... I mean it is difficult to watch it now. Specially since it is reaching the 300 mark and completing 1 year. It was better if GK ended it with Shivika union than killing it with the typical EK tracks of separation/divorce/other woman/ saas bahu drama.

Hey. Have heard so much about Naamkaran. What is it about? Have you just started watching??😆😳

😆Hey!Yeah I've just started watching Naamkaran. A few days ago my Nani was watching it and I happened to be in the room. This was the scene playing on TV: The hero is getting married. But turns out that the heroine and her comrades tie up and lock away the bride and replace her with the Female Lead (it's a bride swap engineered by the heroine 😆). And then as soon as they are married the original wannabe bride escapes from captivity and emerges on the scene. Everybody then finds out that the bride had been replaced 😆. It was a very entertaining scene. So tortured by Ishqbaaz and looking for respite I went on Hotstar and binge watched Naamkaran 😆. But I only watched after the leap (yeah the show has had a leap 😆). The hero is an IPS officer (police wala) and the heroine is a thief 😆.It's an interesting story and the characters are a little different. It's a Mahesh Bhatt show and so promises to be a little different from other daily soap (khair asliyat kya hai yeh to waqt hi batayega 😆; after IB I ain't gonna trust no show 😆)
