Couldn't agree more, Jasmita.Even though I liked the episode today, I can't help but feel disconnected. The track isn't focusing on ShivIka - that's the problem. There's no drama there - nothing to make us feel invested in the story.I know people want this phase to remain forever - but how do the makers expect us to feel interested if ShivIka are on the same loop for the past month? There's no intensity between them currently. No takkar kee ishqbaazi. Where's the tashan? Where's the vigour? Where's the gravity ShivIka are so known for?I agree with you somewhat Risha. Just had a fab convo just about this on Twitter.I'd understand if there was an emotional distance between Shivika because they were tense about this Nayantara person and who she really is. but the scenes didn't show that. Just meh.Frankly Nakuul looks EXTREMELY tired. In Monday's episode he looked pale and ghostly, and the make up made him look sickly. For the first time since the show began i noticed such a thing. Surbhi seems to have bounced back and is ok. But slowly he is looking better by today. Team looks tired, all that cake will get them back up..šOne moment i want to highlight though:When she said she was scared. He sobered up and felt her fear. That soft Main hoon na, Annika... was more effective than anything. And trust me this repetitive side of the lead couple; TRP audiences will be least interested. The reason why the ML track worked so well was because it was ShivIka focused. Yes, there were villains but they were used as catalysts to change the dynamics between the couple. Here, nothing of consequence is happening. It's all such a drag.Even the jungle track - it was cute but what purpose did it serve? Only the Friday episode made some sense to me but all else seemed really stretched. I, personally, haven't rewatched that week much. These days, I watch the episode in FF mode and feel zero interest in coming to IF and dissecting it with all the lovely people here. Now to make things worse they've brought back PriVeer - a pairing I actively hate (because of Ranveer). I won't be able to digest a positive Ranveer. He's as bad as Daksh for me - just a little less mad.So yes, the disconnect is growing but I'm also willing to sit through this week because I know the actors were tired, busy and sick because of SPA. One week I can take for them. They worked so hard to give us what seems to be an amazing performance in the award show. I guess we should cut them some slack. Uppar se IPL - they're saving their best for after the cricket is over. But after this, I'm expecting some amazing writing and family dynamics during mahasangam week. I'm hoping against hope the writers won't disappoint and we gets lots of family moments.Me too. Hoping there will be lots of ObBros, lots and lots. After that, I want ShivIka and I want intensity - in any form - hotness, pain, takkar, whatever. But I want PROGRESS.I have been rewatching old episodes just to get the feels back.Sorry guys, I've ranted quite a bit šETA: Get well soon, Anisa!
