I doubt if this film requires Kareena to be in shape .. going by what I read in this thread , they have already amended the script couple of times to accommodate Kareena's physique .. maybe they can amend again .. besides it's a chick flick , right ? .. but yeah Kareena's big claims puts her in a tight spot .. 😆
