Then instead of making a post as saanjh forgot what she was doing and all...you should have made a post like do the writers even know how a court scene proceeds? Because it's not the character's fault then. It's the script of the court scene that was at fault. Like the prosecution getting no chance to talk or the judge too.

And regarding what Ayaan said, how do you know what he said to saanjh? That wasn't even revealed. How are you sure that the added parts in the flashback yesterday were not what happened?

Because saanjh is the character. I'm not blaming the actress. For Maya's actions do we blame Maya or the writers lol? And as far as I remember, ayan told her everything when she asked him and then repeatedly said that he didn't do anything.

We blame maya because she's written that way. The writers create scenes that are deliberately made so that we can blame her extremities.But your above post suggests you are blaming the court scene itself. Because the writers didn't even wish to blame saanjh for her proceedings. Had they wanted they would have shown the prosecution or the judge object. That's the difference between blaming maya and blaming saanjh.

The way Sanjh doing her job yesterday, it was more like taking revenge from Arjun and Maya..always taunting and all...she was behaving personally more rather than professionally...so pathetic character

Saanjh's whole point of defense was that Maya faked the attempt to rape case. If she is arguing based on this, she needs to provide Maya's motive. And what is Maya's possible motive? Her need to control Arjun to the point of separating him from Ayaan. Hence, Saanjh's questions about the kind of relationship Arjun and Maya share.

The other point in Saanjh's argument is that Ayaan's main intention was to get the room key. Again, Saanjh will have to provide a concrete motive for why would Ayaan go to all that trouble for the key. Hence, the question to Arjun about where was he when the crime was supposedly taking place. Because Arjun being tied and locked up was Ayaan's motive for going after the key.

IMO, Saanjh's reasoning behind the questions she asked made sense considering what she wanted to prove.
