So after watching the episode it feels as if we're sitting in a family court and one of the spouses have filled for a divorce 🤣. Not one single statement from saanjh "the defense attorney" was logical or related to the case. What does a rape case have to do with what's going on with the husband and wife?
It has to do madam, because not every girl files a fake rape case. The defence attorney was just trying to prove that your beloved maya mehrotra wanted to keep the Sharma family out of their lives by hook or by crook and even fall so much to the extent to file a fake attempt to rape case. So whatever the defense attorney was doing was to prove her point. You can't just go and tell that judge I don't think it's a rape case. You have to prove what kind of framing woman she is and what motives she can have to fake a rape. 😊 !!
it's funny how saanjh was reminding Maya that they're at the court but she failed to keep a professional atmosphere herself. lol why was she even trying to get close to Arjun while questioning him?
I guess you gotta watch the episode again madam. The lawyer stands exactly where saanjh stood before the witness box . It was Arjun every time bringing his head down to her, as if naak se naak lagaakar jhagra karna cha raha ho bandaa! Lol!
PATHETIC! Why did she keep on repeating "Jub aap ki wife ka rape ho raha tha?" Did she forget that it's an "attempt to rape" case and not a "rape" case?
So what should she have said? " jab aapki wife ka attempt to rape ho raha tha!" Arre ye toh zahir h that if someone tries to rape you, it is not only limited to 'trying' only okay? Ho bhi saktat tha ayaan would have raped her if police didn't arrive. No? You believe that don't you!
The prosecution on the other hand didn't even know what was going on. Can we at least have a prosecuting attorney for Maya cuz the one at the court seemed as if he just sat there for the heck of it. Did the judge even know what was going on?
Yes the judge knows very well what's going on. But I pity the prosecution though. All limelight to be given to maya ka tonight wala robe opening scene, he was made to sit silently. Poor buddha!
I'm not hating on the actor/character here because I think the script was poorly written. The writers need help from a law professional if they want to show this kind of track because even a person who has no knowledge of law will know that nothing is making sense over here.
I hope the cvs show some logic to why Maya does what she does tomorrow and don't just ruin her character because that is a huge step and if we can also see less of saanjh screaming. (Just because she's a lawyer doesn't mean she can yell at everyone as she told Maya "yahan pe aap Nahin mein cilla sakti hun" lol)
Have you ever been to a court of law? Do you even know how much lawyers can grill you and in what language and tone? I guess not. So you don't even have an idea that saanjh was basically a very sober lawyer given the soft girl she is...she must have changed herself a lot to stand as a lawyer and yet remains quite sober.
