Samay stand for who

Till now his character is mystery. But we know he still loves Maya. Yesterday he said indirectly to his so called fiance sanjh.
But she failed to understand it.
But I think samay will testify against ayan when sanjh is in verge of winning the case.
He can get into good books of Maya and justify himself that he stood up for truth. And said what he saw.

How counter intuitive is it for Samay to double cross Sanjh to win over Maya when the whole plan was supposedly orchestrated by Maya to come closer to Arjun! It's an interesting entanglement of events. Let's see how it it goes.

What is the charge on Ayaan that Maya is pressing?
Rape! And not just an attempt to rape!
Otherwise, why would one have to through medicals?

That shows her confidence! She has a case to win!
She has seen through it & is ready for it, if she were still to be suspected for any malaice !
Given Maya's past, can someone say with some confidence that she wouldn't play foul with medical reports?One hopes that she wouldn't!
On the other hand, if her case is genuine, everyone is with Maya for sure!

But, how come Ayaan is still showing confidence? Is he not aware of what he did? And when Saanjh asked for medicals, was he really very confident that he would be proved innocent?

Both can't be right! Well, we have to wait &see how it pans out! Another interesting thought here is -Will it also throw some light on Maya's pregnancy, if she is carrying? I hope there won't be any shockers this time!

Where does Samay fit here, when medical report is likely to be a clincher?
His testimony can only corroborate if there are no conclusive evidences!
And his evidence will be useful if the charge is diluted as 'only attempt' & 'not exactly rape'!
His testimony against Saanjh-Ayaan will practically wipe off his hold over Saanjh in future!
On the other hand, the ArYa couple may thank him & then see him off! He wouldn't be able to make any headway in his mission!

why did she agree for medicals? When external marks can be seen easily,( eg- bite on the neck etc) what purpose does it serve?
Does a doctor have to authenticate, even if it was only attempt?

^ I think it's standard procedure for attempted rape cases as well to get tests done. Otherwise it doesn't make any sense. She can't possibly bribe the medics to make a forged report I hope!

Medical will be there even for attempted rape to glean out the forensic evidence. When a woman struggles, man's hair, even bits of skin can go into her nails or get stuck in her body. In this case we have a bite on Maya's neck which will be cross checked with Ayan's teeth sample.

@Nasreen that's why you dont see Saanjh's father Prem anywhere in the scene. Prem or love in its purest form is not seen anywhere.
