The day Ayan's verdict will be out - GUILTY/NOT GUILTY OF RAPE ATTEMPT... 😃

That is, if we have MAYA HERSELF ADMITTING THAT SHE FRAMED AYAN -only then we shall accept Ayan as not guilty

That day, I shall come back to this thread...N I hope to have a nice get together with the entire forum here.. 😆

Maya's monologues n her FB confirmed that she indeed tripped Ayan's to fall on her to make it look like a rape assault. Hence proven, Ayan's not guilty of rape

I have a feeling Sanjh and Ayaan will lose the case. Samay will testify against Ayan thus breaking off the faux relationship with Sanjh.
Arjun might initially fall for Maya's drama but at some point , he will side Ayaan. Ayaan will be sent to jail, all Arjun's family will be devastated and that will be last straw in Arjun-Maya's marriage. If something happnes to Ayaan, I can see Arjun walking out on her no matter how many times she attempts to jump off the balcony.

Phase 3 starts.

I am very bad at prediction and stuff. I hope I am proven right this time. 😆

i would say he is not guilty of rape because it did seem as if he had no intentions to rape her because he was shocked when police came but ... he did physically assault her and personally to me he sexually harassed her by:

- leering at her chest

-ripping off her clothes

- grabbing her by her legs and arm which resulted to her clothes tearing off

- pressing her to the ground and it was clear his chest was on top of mayas

- by the angle it looked like he bite her on the neck

- giving away dodgy dialogues

if someone was being sexually harassed in public and the scenario was the same which happened between maya and Ayaan i'm sure many would have thought if help did not arrive on time, sexual harassment would have lead to rape.

so personally i feel he is not guilty of rape, but guilty of physical assault and sexual harassment.

Judging by his nature who was once fooled by a girl ayaan is not capable of committing such a crime.In his drunk state he went overboard and had to use force to get the keys. He had no control over his tounge as he was drunk.
