In my pov ayan is guilty for manhandling maya. If he used brains he could get sanjh or police to rescue arjun .

But he is not guilty of sexual abuse/rape attempt /rape.

All the dialogues were double meaning so audience can think /doubt on ayan .

Maya knew ayan is following them.

She tied arjun.

She told jhanvi to stay in her room.

Than released arjun when she was doing another sucide drama.

Maya is blaming arjun n saying rape has happened .

All this indicates maya's manipulation n ayan walked into trap easily n made situation worse.

The number of likes on your 'not-guilty' post, Khushi shows that this forum already believes Maya created a 'maya jaal' for Ayaan. No surprises in here. If it would have been the way around, then I might have been surprised. The whole build-up to so-called rape looked calculated. But yeah, Ayaan is guilty of atleast physically assaulting Maya. Nevertheless, it would be a miracle if somehow Sanjh manages to win this case; Samay wants Maya marvel.

Arjun might initially fall for Maya's drama but at some point , he will side Ayaan. Um you seriously think the way Ayaan traumatized Maya is her "drama" and you are also trivializing suicide by mocking her jumping off the balcony attempts, when it is so clear that Maya has always had suicidal tendencies, when she had cut her wrist and drowned herself in the bathtub even before she fell for Arjun.

The insensitivity towards Maya on this forum is really disgusting to see.

You know what guys...I won't be surprised if later we are shown that Maya had actually torn her sleeves just slightly, but enough, that lf one was trying to hold her arms, it would get ripped off!!

The thing is BEYHADH is a story about Maya's beyhadh love for which she can go to any extent- the tagline itself says - HADH SE ZYADA KUCH BHI ACCHA NAHI HOTA - PYAR BHI

Maya has put rape allegations on Ayan to separate Arjun from Ayaan and his family. SHE WILL GO TO ANY EXTENT FOR HER LOVE...Isn't this the entire concept of this show?

If we think logically then Maya has framed Ayan in the rape case..I think we will hear Ayaan's side of the story too in the upcoming episodes...what Ayaan did - physical assault , tearing Maya's sleeves is Absolutely wrong.

But Maya putting false allegations on him is also wrong.

Those who think Maya is telling the truth and Ayaan did attempt rape then what is the story...Maya trying to seek justice for herself with help of Arjun ?

Then what ?

M not sure if this is the story...it is a dark thriller about a woman whose love knows no bounds and she will go to any extent to keep her love.

AYaan definitely should be punished for physical assault but not for rape attempt coz he did not do it is what I think.

And I am saying this as a neutral viewer coz neither I am a Maya nor a Saanjh fan

I watch this show for it's unique concept and real characters who are not WHITE BUT FLAWED !

Also Arjun is supporting Maya and fair enough she is a woman and his wife and Arjun is right no woman will lie about a sensitive issue like rape

But we also have to understand that Maya is not any ordinary woman...she can tie her husband , drug him and can hit herself, can try to commit suicide as well.

Arjun must hear Ayaan's side of the story too and then come to a conclusion.

He must try to examine everything coz this is a very sensitive matter...one should he totally unbiased when it comes to cases like these...coz Maya and Ayan both lives are at stake...but one of them is lying and the other is innocent.

I am excited to watch the future episodes. I am not sure what will be the final judgement of the case..let's see.

And yes if Maya indeed is proven right and Ayaan did attempt rape then he deserves a severe punishment and I will not back out in condemning him.

But if we go as per the theme of Beyadh then Maya would have put false allegations on Ayaan and if this is the case then she also deserves punishment but more than that psychological counseling.

We all will have to wait for the story to unfold

Beautifully put. Totally agree with your views...It isn't about hypocrisy or about hating Maya or about loving Saanjh...I m as neutral a viewer as you are, n I have always only tried to interpret the storyline as shown, n then tried to predict what the CVs intend to show, by picking on the clues which they intentionally or unintentionally drop along the way...😊

Ayan us definitely guilty of the physical as well as sexual abuse (tearing a girls clothes is definitely sexual abuse), the point is whether is he is guilty of attempt to r*pe or not

To be frank I don't want to comment on this as it could go either way depending on viewers' choice n.adding a shock element
