I think the show is just become to big.
With the mentors known music directors. Normally they are in the judges
chair, now SRGMP organizers have to get judges higher or more senior
then the mentor.
But for sure I think there should be some kind of ground rules which will
make it easy for the judges to judge the mentors to work on and the
challengers to perform on.
Just because if it kind of free style thing then no one can judge and some
thing could sound very good to some one and really bad to the other.
This just what I think.

His green card song was pathetic. Debu';s rimjim gire sawan was definitely better than him. I think judges should be givn some ground rules on how to give marks to the contestants. One complains that they are copying and there is no originality. Another one says you did not sing like the original singer. How do they expect these inexperienced singers to perform.

I have also been watching Sa Re Ga Ma {Pa} from very beggining,It was definitely better when Sonu Nigam was the anchor.There were a nuumber of rounds and the contesents were asked to sing folk/rega based/songs in regional language.Now the emphasis is only on new songs.
Still it is good show and some of the participants are very talented.
The mentors however are not objective in their comments.
Rajiv is definietely besura.
I hope Abhijeet and Ujjini come back.
