Of course I will be talking of the philosophy once in a while if I like it. For instance, I truly enjoyed Gauri's fully faithful interpretation of love - to love and love without expecting rewards. Even Omkara's extreme cynicism and "bad boy"-giri I'm okay with because A) GulBegum doesn't know how else to write her leads and B) Aakhir kab tak bad boy rahega? He's wired differently so jald ya dair se he'll revert to his reality 😆 Till then..bring on ALLL the OmkaraKaliThakur show downs cuz bruh that's where the REAL fun is!

You have a point there my friend. I will go along with the show for as long as I have spare time I guess.
By the way I think we know each other Mais but from where can't recollect.

Episode did have many high points...

It was a neatly packed one with almost all the emotions of leads showcased..

As om is a character audience already have dealt with they explored his lady to depth..Her life story and attitude was delivered in most sensible way..

Angy OSO was a welcomed change for me...But somewhere deep down I miss my artistickara...

Loved the way they are showing a strong and a shrewd business man in OM(typical gul lead)...The only thing I ask from gul is let OMKARA always overshadow our OSO who is the one we all admired.😳.

Yeahhh! Omkara is like the SOLE connection audience have with DBO. So he was used as a familiarizing point around whom the new characters were established. And it was done well with all the characters already being established in direct relation to Omkara. Quite a packed epi now that I realize it. I guess (dare to hope?) that the conflict between Omkara and OSO won't be swept under the rug. Some days one side would win, some days the other. It can be interesting to watch. But since I have no connection to ArtistKara so I won't mind OSO winning on most days. As long as the shades of his past self are present, I'm fine.

I pretty well know what they are want to show...IB wala Om will never leave OSO...thats what they are want to show:)) Even in first epi they are showed hint about old Om:) It is fight between Om and OSO. It is fight between heart and mind:) And it will be fight between OSO and Gauri who will remind him his old nature:)

And I sooo like this Thakur-Jhanvi-2-RiKara angle...Gul begum writted good track I think:) Bcz it will be really emotional:)

Yeah, that's what I've been saying in this thread in other replies that IB!Omkara isnt going anywhere. This OSO avatar of his is a new thing for him so he is going all out. But Omkara as a person isn't inherently wired like that so things WILL trigger him to revert back to his old pre-"ishq sauda hai" ways. We already saw it in the way he couldn't help but admire the haveli as well as his protective son instincts waking up when he saw Jhanvi Thakurain. Plus, by paralleling the TejViSvet situation with the Thakurs&Gauri, the conflict is REALLY rich. It's well thought of. Because it hasn't been super long since the tragedy of what happened to Jhanvi. And for a sensitive person like Omkara, he gets to relive that horrendous moment of his mother burning again and again. Omkara always had aggressive streaks but that maan maryada had stopped him from crossing certain limits. But to these totally unrelated people, he can show that aggressive side to his without caring much for consequences.

OmGauri wali priorities toh SET hi hain! 😆 Not here to find sensible wala logic in them xD Kuch AUR chaiye yahan :P

I have plans to continue doing this for some days..hopefully I wouldn't get too lazy. Though I was worried about the reception it would get...it's been good enough to continue this for a while :D God knows my running commentary while watching the episode is more than enough for a good long post xD
