Hmm a very valid point raised here. For me both the families be it Dixit or Bose are not perfect and as such there is no concept of "perfect family" at least for me. Everyone has their ups and downs. Well i guess the focus was mainly on Dixits from the starting and Boses were used as fillers, so audience were inclined more towards Dixits (negatively). How are they solving the problem, what are they doing, how they discriminated, etc were put under scanner, which never happened with Boses.

I always believe no one is good or bad/ black or white, everyone have their shades. Dixits have and so do Boses, its just like Boses shades were never shown properly and as audience also we never focusedon it. Tell me how many of us have said that what Bijoy did was Saurabh was absolutely wrong. I am sure if Saurabh would have been a girl, people must have noticed it and it must have been termed as atyachar. Neha's past was shown in a way that we try to sympathise with her, but the same is not in case of with Saurav. We never knew why he didn't wanted to work or why Bijoy always taunts him. I suppose when saurav's wife will come, she may not like Bijoy's constant rant for her husband. I really dunno if it will be shown how will audience react. Will Bijoy be treated like Ishwari or the girl will be bashed.

I understand Bijoy to some extent. He is an overtly protective father but yes he crosses his line sometimes. And he desn't know how to handle situations. But there are fathers like Bijoy who demoralise their sons and there are mothers like Ishwari too (to some extent).So for me both families have their own flaws.

Coming to subject to victims, yes most of the times its Dixits troubling Boses, but in marriage track, i believe Dixits were understanding (i don't count GKB as Dixit). At Boses place Bijoy was blabberingtoo much about wedding and all, but ishwari kept quiet. Lehnga fiasco was also too much but still it was hushed. In these two matters i feel Boses were high Dixits. Baaki dinner issue, fish issue and all i don't wanna talk about. It was more of situational.

So, cvs have shown the other dynamics also, its just that as audience how much we vocal about it.

Agree. My views exactly. Bose family is acting as filler and so there is no focus on them. So, less history and even less story related to their day-to-day lives. It is the dixits story and hence the focus.
I don't consider Niki and Riya as negative, even Mamaji. There are absolutely normal ppl in the Dixit family too. Only issue is TV show plot can not ever be positivity driven. Also, if they show negatives of Bose family, it has comparatively less screen space than compared to Dixits and hence it falls short.

This is what happens in most love marriages especially inter caste marriage, which are agreed by parents. The girl in the initial days tries her level best to be part of the family and in the mad rush to find place for herself ..looses her identity ...but the best part is that there will be one shocker that will bring her to sense...and from that day onwards she will become tigress...then slowly we will sympathise the MIL and family 😆

Not talking from the boys side because very less ppl are like Dev...yes men usually fall for their mom's emotional side...but not to this extant...most of them smartly evade such situations...😉😆

Its time Sona realised and got that shocker...but this show can never be predicted ...so am not going to comment much on the future track!!

All the characters are on downslide is mamle mein to cvs ne koi partiality nahi ki. Of course dev and sona being protagonists we see max degradation in their characters
