Well I was also confused as to why Shaheer was crying but when I come to think about it, the speech minus the insecurities and the possessiveness part was not bad. The part with REAL feelings of a mother when she becomes one. But even I don't believe that a woman is complete only when she becomes a mother😕. It would have definitely steal the show if it was not filled with her 'only dev' and ignoring others and her kausalya - ram analogy. Seriously Dixits have learnt all the analogies by heart but use them at wrong timings😕

The speech was ridiculous. Comparing how a son forgets a mother when wife comes in his life "Offcourse she was talking about herself", she is least interested in everybody else or society. For Ishwari it had always been I, Me and myself. First shamelessly eavesdropping on a personal conversation between a husband and a wife (yes she literally stopped to listen to their conversation), and then making a huge pathetic speech of why Sona is so wrong and she would not understand anything because she is not a mother herself. Yes she did not name anyone but was the insult becomes any less. Why did she feel bad about "mumma's boy" comment. Is not that's what she always wants Dev to be, Is not that's what she tries to make Dev into even If a slight shift in his brain occurs. For example he made a decision of going on HM, what did she do, made him come back to his mumma's boy status. Neha never asked Dev or Sona to cancel the HM, yes her anger was valid on Sona but who's fault was that, Dev cancelled the plan himself then he lied to Neha and GKB saying maa's health was the reason of cancellation of HM. Did Dev even ask Sona what does she think, no never, she is non-existent between mother and Son. He may have said Maa's health so Neha does not feel bad, but who became the villain in this "Sona" for no fault of her's. "Karey koi aur bhare koi aur"

Yes Bijoy could have been a bit mature but If Dev would have addressed Asha as maa as soon as they entered, Bijoy would not have said anything. But in a way it was good, since it was important for Ishwari to understand why Bijoy did that. And then Dev did say that names does not matter, a son remains a son.Something Ishwari understood only then or else who knows what happened few days back could have had been repeated.

Yes Bijoy is a bit harsh on Surabh but its because he wants him to succeed, that's my POV. He was supportive when that goon lending money stuff happened, so its not that he differentiates between his kids or loves one more and forgets the other like Ishwari.

Ishwari's main motive of giving speech was "prove Sona wrong" otherwise there was absolutely no need for that speech in a birthday party. Preaching someone is her favorite hobby when she herself failed big time being a mother even for Dev (lets forget she has 3 other daughters for she does that same).

Let's agree to disagree .Even after reading some of the analysis here and rewatching the episode I did not find the speech as bad as it is made out to be .Thats my opinion and I am sure even we discuss we cannot change each other opinion.

Let's not blame Ishwari for everything .If they are looking for privacy then go to the room close the door and taunt .Expecting privacy in the kitchen when there is a function going on is impractical.Lets not make Ishwari the scapegoat

Regarding Neha's case he lied to everyone about Maa's health being a problem to shut RR and Neha who were going overboard accusing Sonakshi .Whatever maybe the reasons Neha had a point when she confronted Sonakshi .She could have taken their parents to her bedroom and explained orr she could have called them later or she could said ask you Son in law .If Dev took the decision of cancelling the honeymoon then let's not forget Sonakshi took the decision of fasting without talking to him .She had many changes to back out but she never did .So it's not like Sonakshi has not committed any mistakes .He was understanding when she did that and Sonakshi was when he cancelled the honeymoon.

Nothing can justify Bijoy s partiality towards Saurabh .I still remember the reasons he gave when he handed the money .He wanted to save their reputation and if Sona was in the same situation will Bijoy be so harsh on her ? Not just this incident there are many where Saurabh is treated badly by Bijoy.

Sona was not sensible either .She did not have to taunt Dev Mama's boy every time atleast not when he is apologizing .Like father,like daughter they believe in taunting at wrong time .Well Ishwari conveyed how hurt she was when Sona kept saying mama's boy .Lets not forget the same Sonakshi once said to Dev that mothers do certain stuffs so that they can be part of their children's life .They cannot help their son in their office work hence they find ways to be part of it by fasting.

If Ishwari is wrong in taunting Sona openly then Bijoy is not right either.If Bijoy is justified then Ishwari outburst too should not be questioned

Lastly , I would say let's agree to disagree .Looks like We can never convince each other

I dont think the actors are also convinced of the scripts given to them...Shaheers comment that husbands are supposed to be dumb and Erica's laugh at that comment...Supriya ji's open comment it all proves the same...and we ourselves have seen the change in the way tracks are handled..but whatever said and done..in the last two weeks TRP has increased which means what they are showing is selling among the ppl...probably that is why the actors are also blindly following the CV...let us see if the TRP stays the same...only then we can comment...
