This scene plays out after Atharv's many failed attempts to show Vividha her father's true face. Both were hurting and both of their POV was correct according to them. But the love they shared, the bond they shared and the respect they had for each other always bought back together.

ViTharv OS- Happy Birthday Atharv
"I am disgusted at the fact that I ever loved you." These words, these heart breaking words kept echoing in his ears as he tossed and turned in bed looking at the dark ceiling. He climbed down from his bunk bed in the shed and kept staring at the black night outside. The night was pitch dark, with only the moon keeping it company. There were no stars and no hopes. And all he ever wanted was Vividha back. Their fights were not so huge, but here her father was involved and it had escalated so badly. It had been almost a month. He had tried to apologise only to be met with more resistance from her side. And today he wanted her back, so he could celebrate his birthday with her. That's all he wished for. He sent out a small prayer to the moon, and there she was standing in front of him.
A cake, with candles adoring it, she walked in from the main door and stood in front of him. She handed him the knife, gestured him to cut the cake. Before that, she made him blow the candles and also sang for him. He cut the cake and she fed him the cake. His eyes lit up the moment she fed him, after days had she been so close to him. They stayed there, in complete silence; she rested her head against his chest, listening to their hearts beat in rhythm with each other. He could clearly hear her heart racing, her beats getting faster, all he did was crush her against his chest, tighten his grip around her waist, and stood still until, her heart was back to normal. She slowly raised her head from his chest while they stood there, their eyes speaking. Speaking a thousand unsaid words, a thousand unsaid feelings and countless days of feeling of betrayal, he spoke first.
Atharv: "Vividha, you here?"
Vividha: "How could I not come knowing it's your birthday? As much as I hate you for trying to defame my father, one thing is clear I love you. Nothing can come between us; I will never allow anything to come between us. I am possessive about our relation and I have no qualms about it. "
He smiled seeing this side of her. She never ceased to amaze him. Every second, every moment she amazed him.
Atharv: "Vividha, I love you too! I was scared that you will never come back to me after what I did. But I just wanted to see you the real face of your father. I want to apologise to you for the way I lashed at you."
Vividha: "Its okay Atharv. You don't need to apologise. I just want you to know that sometimes we have to think emotionally rather than mentally. Sometimes you got to think from your heart Atharv."
Atharv: "I am ready to give me hand in yours and follow my heart. Vividha as long as we both shall live, promise me, you will always hold my hand and lead me out of the darkness and be my light!"
Vividha: "I promise!"
Finally Atharv and Vividha were back together! They both had finally found peace and selfless love both had been struggling to find!
