Amu and smt_meteora, very intereting debate. Amu, regarding quoting the Indian Trust Laws, I have to admit I am no expert in this, but can trust property be sold so easily with only one person's signature? Even if can be done, I will have to go with smt_meteora on how laws dont work in BT land. They seem to have their own laws. If they were to really follow any laws tell me how can Ritwik's adoption by Prachi be justified? Which Indian Law makes provision for adoption in 5 minutes and that too without verification of any details about the adopter. Prachi being a married lady does have to get the consent of her husband which she did not. Moreover the sister at the orphanage told Neev that two women, Prachi and Sukruti adopted the child. Which law makes provision for two women to adopt?

The way laws are broken left, right and centre in this serial, I would'nt be surprised if Milind did get SM by crooked ways. I would have put him on a pedestal. But after his bribing Neev's employee to get the contract and indulging in arson, all in the name of revenge, I would'nt be surprised if this property was also acquired through crooked means (not that Milind did'nt have the money to buy it but just so that he can get back at Ayesha). After all this is also part of his revenge plan.

Yes, Milind has discharged his duties to the people of the house. The people of the house also respect and take care of him well. What has Prachi not tolerated for him? PL has been more than a mother to him. For the first time in his life he got the love of an entire family. And they accept him as the owner of the house because legally he is. And if he was not the onwer, it would have been that revengeful Ayesha, who would have definitely thrown them out, which she tried to do. Yes, they are grateful to Milind and they have to be. Who put them in this position in the first place? If Prachi had not given away the property to Ayesha in the name of sacrifice, all this would not have happened in the first place. So yes, since Prachi was the root cause of this, I guess it is some poetic justice she gets thrown out of the house.

I agree that Kayamat doesnt follow Medical, Legal or any other normal norms... and Kayamat functions on its set of rules. So if they have declared Milind Mishra the Bonafide owner of Shah Mansion beyond doubt and without any contention from PL or the Shah Children(barring Alaap, who has also accepted the fact now)... why is the discussion happening in the 1st place?😕 So I think we should stop questioning Milind's right over that house, Moral or Legal. Yes, Prachi does have a right over it... It is her Husband's afterall😳.

Not if her husband throws her out of it. Just out of curiosity, if baba does not stop her from being thrown out (which I think he is going to), then will Prachi be forced to leave. Will Milsi try to stop her in the last minute or just let her go? If he does let her go, then what would have been the fate of Ritwik? Would Suki let her bhabhi take away Ritwik? It would have indeed been interesting how things would have unfolded.

Ya... as long as Prachi has her rights of being Milind's wife, she has a right on that house as Milind's wife. He questions her rights or objects to it...the same will apply to the house aswell.
I dont know about the others... But just as mad as I am about Milind letting Ayesha drag Prachi out... I still could see the pain in his eyes... he obviously couldnt see her go or reach out to help her because that would mean he has to give away the fact that he loves despite everything...which he wont do And inspite of that... I think Milind would have stopped Ayesha before Prachi stepped out.... just like the way he stopped Ayesha during the Divorce papers episode and said he wanted to do it... by that time he would have come up with some excuse. Regarding Ritwik... that is precisely why I have my reservations with Prachi leaving the house. What happens to Ritwik? She leaves him at home? But with whom? If she takes him, what about Sukruti's approval(?) The story is too jammed, the show has reached a deadlock now... only the truth will relieve everyone...and that seems far from happening😡

Amu, the story was jammed when Alaap brought in the 'body' of Ritwik. It appeared there was no way out but for the truth to come out and it did with Suki's screams. But the creatives have managed to stiffle that too with the most ridiculous situation where nobody hears her screams but only Prachi's!!! So I would'nt be surprised if they manage to suppress the truth with another illogical explanation if they had to show Prachi leaving with Ritwik.

These creatives are real sadists. All I want to do now to to drag them out and quarter them up in small pieces and throw them to the eagles!!! 😡 😡 😡
