He said he bought that property for his wife as a suppossed Suhaag rath gift. Which was just to prove a point(which by the way never existed) to Neev-Ayesha But how sure are we that the title of the house is also transferred in Prachi's name? Milind is no fool... at the moment he had done this dealing he very much had intentions of continuing his revenge with Ayesha and the Shah Family. And he said that this house is his 'Ram Bhan' he will be a fool to transfer it and loss control. As his property he gave his wife a right of a wife over that property... I am more than sure that the house's title is in the name of Milind Mishra!
If the property was in the name of Prachi... do you think Alaap would be so submissive staying in that house? How many times Prachi has put Alaap in his place because the house now belongs to Milind? A right to use a property doesnt make the property their own. So, Milind OWNS that house, and Prachi has a right over that house as his Wife... If she doesnt have a right as his wife... then she loses her right on SM aswell.

to me that house belong to Milind even tho he as already given it to his wife but still it is Milind's house.

😆 That's right. But both Prachi and Milind knew that at that time everything he did was a drama to piss Ayesha off, so as to giving Prachi the house in front of Ayesha maybe both Milind and Prachi didn't take that seriously. At least Prachi didn't, because she's the first to mention that the house was Milind's.

Optimist, As far as i have seen Milind, the guy is a very straight foward guy... no complications. He is an utter romantic... who believes in an ideal world... so he believes the world is also straight forward and nothing is complicated... now I dont know if it is right or wrong... but that is what i feel when i see him. If you see the solutions he comes up with are very quick and non complicated... he doesnt do a lot of papad bailing(Sorry,i didnt know how to put it😆). So when someone admits to the something in a moment of crisis... in immense pressure... He will go by that as the truth.

Knowing the kind of a guy he is... I didnt find his reactions out of place... esp because he looked at her like his life depended on that answer... I had given up any thoughts of him trying to find reason and logic that minute itself... when he closed his eyes and absorbed it as the truth.

As far as her action goes... he hasnt overlooked any. He gives her merit for the result of those actions... that is Sukruti's happiness and Baba's health. It is the intentions behind those actions that he questions. Before he believed she did it because she was good at heart and then believed she that because she loved him... now he believes that she is did so because she wanted to fool him.

It was a series of lie that Milind is caught up in and not only the Ritwik issue and it began back with the hotel scam.... which is what lead him to the conclusion he finds himself in.

I am sure we all know that he loves Prachi. If he asks his heart it would give its verdict in favour of Prachi and I am sure it keeps screaming even now... which is why he so restless.... and keeps cursing himself for falling into her trap. I think having faced betrayal from Ayesha and then thinking that Prachi also betrayed him... he doesnt want his heart to make the mistake again.... so he point blank refuses to give his heart a chance and i guess it is understandable if he ends up questioning his own sense of judgement after being failed twice. He might refuse to trust his heart...but he doesnt stop it from loving Prachi... I think the way he came foward to help Prachi and later went to Mukesh Mills behind her to ensure her and Ritwik's safety will speak volumes.
And coming to Prachi... the girl wants his love more than his trust and she is seems to be fine with the thought that he does love her. She is another cranky character... who has her own set of beliefs she functions in.
At the end of the day... I find both of them failing eachother... I would blame Prachi a bit more for this fiasco because she started it... and there wasnt any need to llie to Milind because I do believe had Milind known the truth the matter would have been solved by now at any cost.
And Prachi leaving the house... will be even more bad i feel because everyone will turn and blame Milind for it and he will feel more hatred towards her and Prachi will be wrong to just walk away from this mess which she created in the 1st place. Let her clear the mess and then leave the house.. .I have no problem... but Prachi has a moral responsibility of not running away from the mess she created. If she will walk out it will be just due to Milind... but what about the other lives that she affected by this act? What about Neev, Saket and what about Ritwik? Does she take Ritwik along with her or leave him behind? Who will she leave the kid under? Sukruti? Milind or PL? If she takes the kid and then what about Sukruti's approval for that? It is too complicated... Prachi leaving the house to teach Milind to trust his heart is not the solution because Milind alone is not the player in this mess... there are lot many others aswell she is accountable to.

Having said that all this talk is going to be useless because it seems like the creatives are ready with another track to butcher Prachi even more... she is trying to win back Milind's confidence despite keeping him in the dark... which only means she is going to lie more and if Milind falls for these lies and gets back to her... imagine what will happen when Milind finds out the truth about the current set of lies... he will get back to accusing her all over again

Another thought... When Prachi needed money to pay the kidnappers... Milind and Neev refused to give her money, didnt she cry helplessly because she didnt have any property in her name? If SM was in her name... Ma'am would have gone and pledged that property and got the money... So she has no property in her name.. and whatever she holds I think she holds it jointly with Milind because I def dont believe that Milind hasnt made any investments in her name😊

These two are so hopelessly in love with each other, it is so difficult to be angry with either of them for far too long. They drive us crazy with their stupidity and their plain density. But I am still so hopelessly in love with my Michi, all their transgressions are forgiven.

😃 True, They are hopelessly in love and we love them for that. And regarding the investments I am more than sure Milind has secured her finances and I am more than sure she is a nominee for all his investments aswell. Which is kind of scary... knowing what happened in KS... I just hope after the Ritwik storm settles down Prachi doesnt apply for Divorce to save Milind's estate when Jay turns 'little' negative

KS was so ridiculous. Bani put Jai and herself through hell to save the property. Later she herself was responsible for the making him a pauper (in her revenge plan). Prachi I believe is a much more timid character than Bani. I hope she does not resort to the things Bani did. But the K-land is a scary land. Anything can be passed off in the name of a plot. I am clear about one thing. No Michi, no KYM for me.

Btw I have the urge to see the two of them in their chawl home after Neev has destroyed his empire (which Milsi allows because of a sense of guilt for what he and his sister have done to the Shergill brothers). I want Milsi to see how much Prachi loves him and money was never a factor for her. I am sure with his hard work and brains , not to mention his wife's undying love, he can rebuild his empire.

Its Premlata and Inders house as far as I know, they've been the only moral and legal owners of the house, as none of them acquired the house by cheating plus they've been living there since the beginning.

i agree with you totally...maybe milind bought or took over the house but he never built the house with love...relationship in that house....he may bought the house but the true owners are Inder-Prermlata and after that Prachi..to me this house belongs to inder-premlata after that prachi....milind just took over it from ayesha..premlata-inder built it and they are the legal owners they built it without cheating plus love and relationship are built through the house...may milind took over the house but the original legal owner of the house is Inder-Premlata Shah and Prachi

Milind-Sukriti-Milind all came after that a name of revenge milind takes the house from ayesha but fully he never handed it to prachi she have the rights only as his wife....how sick is that prachi who lives in the house since childhood and alot memories are in that house yet those came afterwards took over the house and control the whole house...in fact they have no rights to tell prachi out of the house
