The situation India is facing right now, our respected soldiers getting killed & even after that pakistan blaming us and passing silly comments against us...

KICK OUT THESE ACTORS as soon as possible, there should not be a single thing which relates us with them..
& Shame on those indians, producers, directors who are drooling over these side kick actors and giving respect to paki stars Shame on yo

But diplomatically , he does need to make India's stand towards Pakistan more firm . You cannot wage war but you cannot continue with Aman ki Asha. Especially when at UN, India wanted World to declare Pak a terrorist state ( his policy).

Pakistan is not going to declared a terrorist state any time soon. Nor be isolated diplomatically. Even Russia is having a military exercise with them. Unless someone like Osama Bin Laden emerges from there and attacks USA/UK directly and Pakistani government protects it. Atleast the latter would never happen. Pakistan will keep up with terrorist activities against India and rest of the world hardly cares for that.

Unfortunately for us we share a long border with Pakistan. So its best to strengthen our own security. Like for instance how did militants know when exactly to attack and where? Obviously intel inputs were not taken seriously enough by the Army and there was insiders giving information both for Pathankot as well as Uri. We dont even have options like Israel which is surrounded by enemies as Israel's neighbors arent big enough nuclear powers and they can go out against them. Another option is strengthen economic ties just like its between China and India. Thats what the government wanted to do. But the Pathankot attack was intentionally done to ensure that doesnt happen.

The top 10 Indian exports to Pakistan in value terms are cotton, polypropylene, chickpeas, woven fabrics, yarn, refined sugar, tomatoes, reactive dyes, polyester fabrics, viscose rayon fibre, and groundnut, etc. The top 10 exports by Pakistan to India in value terms are light oils, dates, Portland cement, petroleum oil, cotton, gypsum, aluminum, denim, rags and hides.

Isarel cannot nuke Palestine even with the small countries it is surrounded with. Middle East wll come ater it. It's political situation and geography is completely different than India. it doesn't even face the challenges like we do.

While , yes , Pakistan is a nuclear power , which is why we practice "restraint" and cannot violate the border.

GoI cannot have a proper channel of economics , never had. And it's not possible to compere the contribution with China.

Like you said, considering the internals of Pakistan , we cannot have a normal economic tie even if we tried.
