Now, with April Fool's Day approaching, Poonam has left netizens shocked and confused with her recent Instagram post.

Earlier today, Poonam shared on social media the news of her first pregnancy. The identity of the actress's current partner remains undisclosed, yet images showcasing her baby bump are rapidly circulating online.

On Tuesday, Poonam posted two photographs on Instagram. In the initial picture, she's seen displaying her baby bump with her T-shirt raised, while in the second, she strikes a pose with the T-shirt lowered, still emphasizing her bump for the camera. The caption simply featured emojis of a pregnant woman, a milk bottle, and a baby.

One fan commented, "April fool kl hai , hmara aj hi bna diya," another wrote, "Never trust this woman, who can lie about her own death," a third stated, "Are you serious? In April 2024, Poonam Pandey caused a sensation online when her team declared her "death" on social media, attributed to cervical cancer, and emphasizing her "courageous battle." However, merely a day later, Poonam reappeared on her account, disclosing that the announcement was a fabrication and expressing satisfaction with the awareness it sparked regarding cervical cancer. Nevertheless, the stunt received considerable criticism, with internet users denouncing it as unethical and manipulative.

Poonam’s personal & professional front

In 2020, Poonam wed her long-time partner, Sam Ahmed Bombay, in a private ceremony due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She later filed a complaint against him, alleging molestation, threats, and assault, resulting in his arrest in Goa. The incident occurred in Canacona village, South Goa, during a movie shoot. They separated shortly thereafter. She characterized their four-year relationship as traumatic, leading to hospitalisation, and ultimately sought a divorce, citing severe physical abuse.
