M fine nothing much.

Tried gymming instead got knee injury😕.

On bed rest since last week.

Aww Eshu don't tell me you popped out your knee cap that can be very excruciating I'm speaking from personal experience.

Thank your lucky starts you were in the gym and not in bed, wouldn't want to see you in 'Sex sent me to the ER'.😆
