exactly. our thinking is mostly of victim and we always look for a savior. I actually got really depressed when I realized there is no savior and I can't rely on anyone and there is nothing. U have to do it yourself. Its useless blaming others or waiting for some miracle to happen. U keep waiting, waiting and waiting and nothing happens.
it only happens when u do the rite things the rite way then it'll happen before that its all wishful thinking.
the depressed person might not have the mental capacity to think things through or have the intellect to understand these things. Some people are just stupid. There iq is low. the education they have had or the lack of it, the experiences they have gone through, the beliefs they have, the lens from which they see the world through, all of this matters a great deal.
In yoga its called your karma, its your doing but for most people its unconscious. they're not doing anything consciously, they're on auto pilot. so it can go either way, its not really up to you unless u take charge yourself and do something about it but even for that a lot of things needs to happen before u actually go on that path.
