sadly depression is not as noticeable as something like a cold, which is dangerous, I think this world needs more mental health awareness!

I don't know what to say. In general, there's so much more to life. These stars don't even matter. Having said that, i hope this is not the actual reason and it was something more than just a ticket. But a life's lost and it's terrible. I hope God gives strength to the parents to cope up with this. May his soul RIP.

I agree with you @Nikki. Looks like , people seem to think that suicide is the only solution to all the problems. It's terrible. Mental awareness is really important. I've been only hearing of people committing suicide which is soo disturbing. No one deserves it. Recently, heard about the Melbourne incident where a lady jumped off with her toddler! And an IT guy jumped off from his office building! It's crazy !!! We definitely need mental awareness programs.

I think every work place, school, community etc. should have mental health awareness seminars, very important!

He could have had long running depression and that movie on this day may have been something that could have kept him going, but when even that wasn't possible he completed suicide, I hope I made sense

Ok let's believe he may have been depressed but he could have watched the movie on Saturday or sunday too or on the day he gets tickets.

It's not that Kabali is in the theatres only on Friday that people are killing themselves if they don't get tickets for friday.

It's silly to kill oneself because one didn't get ticket on the first day of the release.

(If the news is correct)
People in MiddleEast, Palestine and Syria are striving hard to live. Thousands of them are killed daily, refused to have their freedom and peace, so Idiots like him don't deserve any sympathy who take their life for mere and bizarre reasons. That's insanity.

u clearly didn't get what I was saying, suicide is not something one plans, it normally happens in a spur of the moment, if his mind was healthy he would have not cared enough for that one ticket
