"Er. You are a good cook." Taani complimented his cooking skills as she finished the noodles cooked by him.

"I am flattered!" Rey gave an extra sweet yet sarcastic smile to her then narrowed his eyes.

"Whatever! Now listen to me, tomorrow morning i want my breakfast and warm milk for lilly in my room by 8 o'clock." Taani told him in her sweet yet bossy tone.

"Listen, I am not your servant, so you better quit ordering me." Rey stepped closer to her and snapped at her.

"Well, not literally but in a way you are. You are obliged to do my every work, captain, and if you didn't then i don't mind giving a call to Ranvijay uncle." Taani gave a cheeky grin as she reminded him of his responsibility.

"Fine! No need to call dad." Rey gritted his teethes.

Though ranvijay was his father, but when it comes to taani he tends to forget that. He was overly possessive of her. And one complaint about him to his father from her, rey knew he will be in great trouble.

"Aw. Such a good boy you are." Taani cooed. She ruffled his hair and went away from there.

"God! Now i am officially her slave." Rey growled lowly in frustration.

"Aw. My baby." Taani was in awe seeing her kitten sleeping on her bed with cute teddy, snuggling up.

She moved toward the dressing while drying her hair with towel while humming her favorite song, love you like a love song by selena gomez.

"Taani?" She stopped when she heard his voice from outside the room.

"Yes. Come on in." Taani called out. Then the door of her room clicked open and rey walks in with breakfast tray in his hands.

Rey walked over the bed and placed the try there before he turned around to face her.

"Why the f**k aren't you wearing anything in bottom?" Rey questioned her in loud tone as he took into her sight, she was wearing an over sized tee that covered her till mid-thighs.

"I am wearing my shorts, see-" Taani lifted her tee little up and revealed her denim shorts which were hidden beneath her tee.

"And you shouldn't use that f word. Its not good." Taani told him in stern tone.

"Pardon my language. But i don't give a f**k-" Rey narrowed his eyes at her as she gaped at him.

"You need to wash your mouth with gangajal every morning." Taani snapped at him.

"Have your breakfast, princess." Rey ignored her earlier remark and told her. Taani huffed and walked over the bed.

"Lilly, get up, sweetie. Its time for breakfast." Taani leaned over her kitten and crooned softly in her ear. She scratched her ear earning low meow from her. Taani giggled, she picked up the bowl of milk and brought it near her. And before she knew, the kitten's eyes were opened as soon as the smell of milk hit her nostril and she got up and started having her milk from the bowl.

"Spoiled princess's spoiled kitten." Rey, who was watching the exchanged between taani and her kitten, muttered under his breathe but nevertheless taani heard him and throw a pillow at him which he successfully dodged.

"Bad shot, princess." He mocked her.

"Rey! Do you want me to call ranvijay uncle?" Taani glared at him.

"No! And stop blackmailing me, little devil." Rey replied back.

"Then stop irritating me." Taani huffed.

"And let me have my breakfast in peace." Taani added as she sat on the bed comfortably and picked up her sandwich from the plate.

"Did you had your breakfast?" Taani asked him while munching her sandwich.

"I will have later." Rey answered with a shrug.

"Eat with me. Its not good to stay empty stomach for long." Taani said to him, surprising him at how concernedly and sweetly she spoke to him.

"Are you sure?" Rey asked her to confirm.

"Yep! You are not that bad that i can't share my food with you." Taani grinned cheekily. Rey let out a chuckle and slumped down on the bed next to her.

"Have it." Taani handed a sandwich to him and poured some juice in a glass for him.

"What are you going to do today?" Rey asked her, taking a bite of his sandwich, which he himself has made since his chef was on leave.

"Since its sunday, i will go to meet some of my friends in afternoon then in evening, i will go to buy some chocolates & donuts." Taani told him about her day's plan.

"Interesting." Rey muttered.

"What are your plans for the day?" Taani asked him.

"I have a practice session then team meeting. It will be a busy day for me." Rey answered and it took him a while to realize, it was the most civil conversation they had till now.

"She is not that bad." Rey thought to himself while gazing at taani who was now talking to her kitten in childish tone which had him smiling at her.
