He was the star cricketer, captain of Indian cricket team and she, she was a 17 years old little fireball whom he had to babysit since her parents and his parents are best of friends and they are going out of the country for a month, giving her responsibilities to him as according to them only he could handle her.
Yeah right! Now this is left for me to do!
He scoffed, he was there, seated in living area of shekhawat mansion to pick shekhawat's princess, taani shekhawat.
"Kaka, please tell that spoiled princess to hurry. I don't have whole day for her-" Rey said to the old servant passing by.
"Hey! I am not spoiled." Came a voice from behind which caught his attention. He turned around and found her standing near the stairs, dressed in a cute floral print short dress. And it won't be a lie if he say, she is one beautiful girl.
"Yes! You are." Rey narrowed his eyes. He got up and walked toward and took her bags from her.
"Lets go!" Rey mumbled.
"Wait! Let me take lilly with me." Taani stopped him.
"Now who is she? Auntie sai i have to babysit just one snobby-brat then from where the other one came?" Rey asked her in annoyance filled voice.
"She is my kitten and how dare you call me snobby-brat, you overrated captain." Taani glared at him.
"Me & Overrated? Oh please! Get your fact correct, sweetheart, i am most desirable man and most successful captain for our country." Rey told her proudly.
"Still you are overrated." Taani answered him back stubbornly and went away from there in search of her kitten.
After some time she returned back with her cute kitten in her arms.
"Lilly, this is Reyaansh singhania, the overrated cricketer we will be living with for a month. I know, he is unbearable, but we have to bear him for sake of daddy & mommy. But you don't worry, I will protect you from his evilness." Taani crooned softly in her kitten's ear.
"I am not gonna rape your kitten, girl! So relax and lets go, I am getting late for my practice session." Rey snapped at her when he couldn't tolerate anymore.
"Being beautiful doesn't give her right to insult me!" Rey thought to himself and glared at taani who royally ignored him and walked away from there with her kitten.
"God! This is going to be a painfully memorable month." Rey thought to himself as he followed her out.

"Rey! I am hungry, can you cook something for me?" Taani asked him nicely when in the middle of the night, she felt hungry and wake him up.
"Go away!" Rey groaned sleepily.
"No! I can't control my hunger. Please cook something for me." Taani said to him in sugary sweet tone which gave him surprise since it was first time she had talk to sweetly to him.
"Kitchen is downstairs. Go and cook for yourself." Rey answered her back, he was about to pull blanket on his head but she snatched it from him, making him open his eyes and look at her with slight annoyed expressions.
"I don't know how to cook. Daddy doesn't let me do any work, so i am not used to it." Taani told him with a shrug while he narrowed his eyes at her.
"Spoiled princess." Rey muttered under his breath.
"What will i get in return?" Rey asked her, staring at her, he felt an urge to smile seeing her cute mini mouse PJs and messed up hair which gives her an adorable look.
"I will share my chocolates with you for a month." Taani replied.
"Chocolates? Seriously, taani?" Rey laughed at her response.
"Hey! You should feel yourself fortunate, i don't share my chocolates with anyone but i am ready to give you some if you cook for me." Taani answered him back.
"Oh! How lucky am i-" Rey muttered, giving a sarcastic smile to her.
"And i am your responsibility. Its your duty to look after me and my comfort." Taani reminded him with a cheeky grin.
"Its more like they appointed me as your personal servant for a month." Rey mumbled, knowing he had no other option but to cook for her, he got up from the bed.
"Lets go!" Rey grabbed her hand and pulled her out with him.
