"people needs to be honest with themselves first before we can be honest with others" 👏 I agree!

In my personal opinion Raina I always say that it's always human to err, no one is perfect, non of us is and we all make mistakes in life and admitting that mistake determines who we are as a person and where we wants to be. If a person genuinely have turned their life around and wants to admit to past mistakes I think that they should because at the time of committing the act they were aware of the consequences.
There is a saying which goes like this 'be the best you can be today until you know better and when you know better then do better'
Btw glad to see you online, how's studies going.

Right you are Karen! I commuted for an hour and a half to get to my pharmacology class for the final review and she cancelled the class 15 mins before the class starts. So I decided that I've had enough and i'm just gonna take a break..hence this post 😆

Would you just try to make peace with yourself that your deed isn't out yet cause Allah is keeping your cover.
Wow..this just took another turn 😆

The convo just took an Islamic turn, lovely. Does that saying not apply to the world though? As in Allah will conceal your sins in this world if you conceal your own sins and dont commit an act even if you've thought about it. Honestly I dont want to go into explicit detail here because I have so much more to learn about Islam but I think that my fear of the person I've wronged refusing to forgive me on the day of judgement will eventually make me spill the truth. We are still answerable for all our actions and thoughts right? Its a different story if I've repented or not for them.

This is getting so deep 😆

I'm not sure if that saying applies to actions you committed or tried to commit against another person so I don't want to delve into that too much either. But this has been interesting nonetheless! Honestly, I don't know what I would personally do. I'd like to say that I will confess but then again I have never been in such a grave situation.
I use to despise confrontations tho,Old me would rather quit (true story) then confront someone about something that's bothersome to me. Things have changed tho, or at least I hope they have.

As they say honesty is the best policy!

The vile action committed by Cherry should be of deep regret and great remorse..Cherry is somewhat embarrassed of the sin he committed and his way of apologising is by building a good relationship with his sister-in-law, he doesn't seem to be able to to muster up the courage to ask for direct forgiveness due to the consequences he may have to face..he knows that Kunj will make him suffer for his deeds and leave no stone unturned in providing him with the harshest of punishments

I initially had the inkling that Cherry will come around and repent but the episodes off late show his character is being reinforced of the grey shade he entered with..it's probably going to be left quite late into the show now for when he will show his deepest regrets

With regards to your question, the situation Twinkle faced was utter filth and the poor human was oblivious of the intrusion on her which should be only granted with permission..she was in no state to reciprocate and fight the in humane act being carried out towards her, if I was in her situation it would quite frankly be very hard or more like next to impossible for me to forgive a potential rapist even after asking for forgiveness

An argument, revenge or physical act (i.e: punch/slap) can be forgiven and given a second chance but in my opinion a potential rape cannot be, even though the sin may have not been fully committed and left unfinished..the initial thought was for it to happen and to show dominance towards an innocent female who doesn't have the ability to fight the animal overshadowing her..only a punishment like life imprisonment or castration can teach such animals a proper lesson

My thoughts may come across as deep but such actions cannot be taken lightly as in today's society many class it as an act of normalcy and show no signs of regret and are empowered to re-carry out the sin again on yet another poor soul
